I am a Realtor trying to have a service done for my out of state home owner. This company had a great price, so we originally scheduled furnace cleaning for a Friday. They did not show up and did not call. I called and they said they would have to reschedule for Monday. Monday came and went with no one showing up and no one calling. Called on Tuesday to see what was going on and now I am supposed to have someone out on Wednesday. Not holding my breath. TERRIBLE communication!!! Do not use this company!!!
