Love this office! Dr. Boydston was exactly the kind of doctor I was looking for, Andrea at the front desk is great at juggling the many duties of her position, and still manages it with a caring attitude. Both ladies were the complete opposite of doctors and staff at the office (other side of the same hospital) that saw me during my first pregnancy.
The ultrasound tech (there’s only one) isn’t all that friendly, and doesn’t have a great bedside manner, and it is difficult to get he billing rep to call you back, and when she does, she talks to you like you’re an idiot. That being said, the office manager is extremely responsive when there is an issue, and has no problem stepping in to handle any questions.

I started going to Exceptional Care for Women in Colorado Springs when I was new to the area based on the Unilocal reviews at the time. I wish that I would have checked the google reviews and the «hidden» reviews on Unilocal (none of which are positive). After being a patient for three years, I recently had tests completed that showed abnormalities. After several calls, the doctor never did call me back with the results despite the staff members’ assurances that they would have her call me. I finally had to go into the office after more than a week to try to get some kind of information. The student nurse completely dismissed me, said that it will probably be fine and that we should just wait, and I should schedule repeat tests in 3 – 6 months. I finally had to ask for the test results so that I could take them myself to a qualified doctor for analysis. There were four abnormalities in the report I obtained and the «nurse» only told me about one of them (and then a second one when I pushed her). The report only has notes from the ultrasound tech, which doesn’t meet the minimum standard of care of having a medical doctor review the tests. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the complete lack of follow-​up from this physician group and will not be returning to anyone in the Centura Health system.
Pregnant or not, women deserve better care than these doctors are providing!

Dr Boydston is amazing! I wish that we didn’t have to move every few years and she could deliver all my children. She has amazing bedside manner and takes time to really hear you. She remembered my children’s names and details about my daughter’s birth (emotional details not just medical). She always made me feel heard and important. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful ob.
