Highly recommended! We have an old dog who developed a UTI and unfortunately our carpet too the brunt of the abuse. Jerry and his crew responded as quickly as possible and thoroughly remitted the odor and any staining. Polite, professional, and thorough. Fairly priced. If you need carpet cleaning, I cannot recommend this retired Army veteran highly enough!

I had High Performance Carpet Cleaning, LLC clean our entire house of carpeting. I did a great amount of research, and I was looking for a company in which the owner came out to do the cleaning – not employees. When I found High Performance, I was really excited. Jerry and his brother-​in-​law (I believe) do all the cleaning. Jerry came out to my house and gave me a quote. He explained the process, including what they will move, how long it would take, and how long it needs to dry. He never brought up the subject of a Scotchguard treatment at the end. When I asked about it, he explained his opinions on the treatment. He and his brother-​in-​law were punctual, careful, and thorough. They answered any questions that I had.
After my last experience with professional carpet cleaners, when after two weeks the stairs were dirtier than before they came, I was hesitant to hire another company. That is what prompted me to really do research. I was 100% pleased with the job. It has been two months and the carpets are still clean. I will definitely be calling them again.

Awesome job! I had a giant red wine stain and a bunch of little pet stains, they did a great job cleaning them up! Professional, friendly, affordable and super fast! I called at around 9am and the came and finished by 2pm same day! Look no further, these guys are great!

We have used High Performance several times. We moved into a new home and wanted a fresh start. Jerry cleaned all of our mattresses, and they were practically back to brand new looking after several years of wear. He cleaned a sofa, chair, and loveseat set, and removed several years dried on candle wax off of the sofa. AMAZING! He cleaned a sofa at our auto body business, that, well, given the business type, took a beating over the last 8 years! It looks brand new again! And just recently had him clean our sofa we’ve had for about 2 years, and our kids just beat it up, and it is perfectly clean! So happy with their work, and I recommend everyone use them! Jerry is so nice, incredibly priced, and does a superb job making sure it’s perfect and to absolute customer satisfaction! Thanks!!!

Jerry came on time, was very personable, and did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning my carpets. My carpet hadn’t been cleaned in about a year and they made it look like new again. Extra effort was put into the high traffic areas and the cost was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend High Performance to anyone and will surely hire them next time around.

If you are looking for an honest, fair, and dependable carpet cleaner, these are the guys to call. I had called several other cleaners and none of them even had the common courtesy to call me back after I left a message. These guys communicated with me constantly and showed up early to get the job done. And they did an outstanding job getting our carpets clean.

I had Jerry from High Performance to my house today and he did an absolutely awesome job, he removed stains from my couches that a current carpet cleaner was cleaning (a highly recommended cleaner) that said could not be cleaned any better than it was being done, Jerry came by and made them look brand new, which blew me away because I have two little girls that can make quite the mess and have had many spills on these couches. Jerry brought them back to life, I would recommend him to my own customers, family and friends. He was terrific
