Jake’s Designs

A year ago in September 2014 we had Jake’s Designs do our landscaping. We were very excited to have a beautiful yard again. We met with the Owner Jake and were super impressed with his ideas and plans that would happen with our yard. We really liked the fact they had a 1 Year Guarantee on all plants, trees and grass. The crew was great that worked in our yard, as it got to the end we felt things were starting to be rushed because they needed to start a new yard at a different location. At the end of our project we had some things that still needed to be fixed, but we went ahead and gave the final check thinking things would be taken care of.
June of 2015 came and we were never contacted like we were told we would be to check on all plants, trees and grass. We contacted them in July and were told that someone would be by to look at everything. The Owner came by and went over our list. We have called and emailed the Owner, called the former Warranty Manager that was in charge and the new Warranty Manager. We were told things would get done. It is now October of 2015 and we still have a dead tree in our front yard and some other miscellaneous items that have still not been addressed.
It is disappointing that we have to call and ask when things will get done and still no response. If a company truly cares about their work and word of mouth which is huge, its very important to complete a job that was paid for in full and honor your 1 year guarantee.
I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a complete job and communication as to what is happening with your landscaping.
