Strike 1: Store doesn’t accept paper coupon. OK, no big deal.
Strike 2: NO chicken ready at 7:45 pm — no original, no crispy, no grilled. That’s not good.
Strike 3: There’s a 25 minute wait for any kind of chicken and the counter girl acts like that’s no big deal. YGTBSM!
Totally unacceptable.

I don’t know why the other reviewers are giving these guys less than five stars because of their location. Fact is that the customer is always excellent and super fast. The food is delicious and consistent. Super friendly and well managed.

Not my favorite area of town… kinda scary folks hang around there. And, there’s lots of homeless, which is very sad. But, back to the restaurant. The food was tasty, but this place is old, worn out and dirty. Staff are friendly enough, but made mistakes on the meal (and, I was not in the drive-thru!). And, hate the packaging. Lots of plastic, plastic, and more plastic — everything is either in plastic or you’re eating with plastic. What about biodegradable paper plates for those eating in??? The portions have shrunk and it has become expensive for this fast food. $ 15 for two small pieces of chicken, two small sides, and a drink for two. First & last time at this location.

There are quite a few wierdos that come to this location, nothing against homeless people but alot of them hang out in the restaurant. The staff here are wonderful, they have the best customer service in town. The food always taste fresh! Ill def be back… again
