Merry Maids

I liked her thoroughness. Did a great job! Everyone has been professional and courteous. House looked brand new again. Was respectful of our family and pets and never had to ask questions, new exactly what to do! Love Jessica!!!

I called Merry Maids (MM) for a move-​out cleaning. A had a 2 BR 1 BA, and they told me to expect 2 people for 2 hours. Both people showed up on time and did good work, tho it took 2.5 hours instead of 2 hours. Already you can see why I’m giving a positive review– they worked longer than they had to. Secondly, I was impressed how clean they got my oven– sparkling! Refrigerator was also very clean. In past living arrangements, I’ve had 2 different monthly maid services, both in Atlanta. The time taken for cleaning was comparable, but with Merry Maids, I got 2 people instead of 1. The price was right, and they were punctual, pleasant, worked hard, and cleaned what I asked them to. 4.5 Stars!

Punctuality seems to be a problem for them… The lady that came to do the assessment showed up 30 min early… Unannounced. And the sweet woman they sent to do the work arrived 30 min late!
While she did an ok job with the cleaning, it wasn’t fantastic… And at this price… It should be. The cinnamon scented cleaning products made me nauseated. She also missed several key areas in my «initial deep clean». I don’t think I should need to request the living room be vacuumed or that my hard wood floor be dusted… Even in the corners. Futhermore, she did not attend to an area where I requested specific attention.
When I called to complain the customer service rep made no attempt to rectify the situation… did not fight me at all on my request to cancel my future contract because this «initial deep clean» wasn’t to my standard… Nor did she offer me a discount on the service that day despite their lackluster performance.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
