The entire staff at Mountain Springs Prosthodontics are outstanding and Dr. Patterson is a true artist. They have tons of before and after pictures for you to see. He and his staff explained the whole veneers process! I decided to get 6 upper and 4 lower (due to wear from teeth grinding). It was a pretty grueling process of grinding/​preparing the teeth, and it does take some time. There were a lot of steps involved, but was much quicker than expected (took 2.5 hours vs the 4 that we had scheduled). Photographs were taken throughout the procedure. As for pain, there was none, even after the Novacaine wore off. It was mostly just uncomfortable listening to and feeling the grinder go to work on my teeth. As for the psychological toll, the thought of grinding and ruining my real teeth (there’s no going back!) was probably the hardest thing I’ve had to go through with this whole process. But the staff continued to make me feel comfortable with the whole procedure. I left with temps (the tops remained in the entire 3 days, while the bottom popped off in 4 hours). The staff had made and given me retainers to help keep them in place. I was thrilled with the temps and became more excited about the permanent veneers that were to be put on 3 days later. They have a lab on site so that speeds up the turn-​around time significantly.
I had waited for the day for my veneers for so long! All the mental anguish of making a decision whether or not to do it was a complete waste of time! I am so happy with the results, Dr. Patterson is an incredibly gifted and talented cosmetic dentist. Once again I found myself in his chair, and after the Novacaine, I didn’t feel much during the placement of the veneers. When Dr. Patterson handed me the mirror to inspect I was blown away! They have the «before — grind — temps — veneers» photos, you can witness the transformation. So happy! If you are thinking about Veneers, please go see Dr. Patterson and his staff!

First of all, Unilocal needs to have a sixth star for those places that are just over the top great. If they did I’d give Mountain Springs Prosthodontics that sixth star. They are that good. If you have read any of my other reviews you know that I’m pretty picky so when I give 5 stars it is well deserved.
Mountain Springs staff are exceptional. No other word for it. They are professional, kind, courteous and all around great at their jobs.
Dr. Patterson is an absolute perfectionist, which is what you what in a dentist who does veneers. Not only that but I went in prepared to buy four veneers and he said he that he would recommend only doing two. So he UNDERSOLD his services. Who does that in this day and age! I appreciate his integrity in doing what is right for me rather than what would make him the most money. When he began working on me I could tell that he was being so meticulous in getting things right. He is truly a craftsman of the highest order in that sense. All the while being a kind and personable human being. As far as matching my veneers to my natural tooth color again he was meticulous it getting it right. He had his team from the lab come into the exam room (yes the lab is RIGHT THERE!) and discuss options. It was decided that they would order a special veneer color just for me to make sure it was exactly right.
The rest of the staff: Marsha, Monica, the lab techs and front desk staff were amazing as well. I went in as a patient and feel that I left having made a batch of new friends.
All in all, since Mountain Springs offers the full range of dental services I’ve changed from my old primary dentist to Mountain Springs as well.
