I have been coming to Shears for almost 20 years now. Kim (owner) and her staff give GREAT haircuts and make you feel so very welcome. I drive all the way across town just to go to this barbershop. Each and every one of the barbers/hairstylists are top notch. Call for an appointment as they fill their appointments quickly!

Great little place that does it right. I only get the full service cut and shave every couple of months so when I do I want the best experience possible. I prefer the local shop to the fancy chains (like Roosters, who I was less than impressed with). The staff at Shears is legit, and while they might not offer you a cold beer, they will give you top notch service and an excellent straight razor shave. Next time you want to splurge on a little me time grab some chair time with Russell. You won’t be disappointed.

For almost a year, I’ve been getting my hair cut by Biff and she is beyond exceptional! She is very meticulous while also lighthearted and enjoyable to chat with.
Most of the time, I can make an appointment that same day. It’s probably a good idea to schedule a haircut a few days in advance if you have a busy schedule. It’s definitely worth it even if you have to wait a few days.
The first time I went here I got my hair cut by someone else. I can’t remember the gal’s name but she was also very knowledgeable and also did an outstanding haircut! So the nice thing about this place is it is full of very good hair stylists/barbers.

This place was great. I had elizabeth. I was actually worried this place would be out of my price range just because it has more of a salon look to it and I just wanted a cheap haircut. It ended up bring very reasonably priced though so I will definitely be returning in the future. It does seem like you need to schedule a reservation though unless you can go in the early morning.
