Sonic Drive In

I didn’t get food today just drinks a couple times. Card Machine hated my card. Before I could give him another he gave me soda and water cup for free. Polite and efficient. Definitely will return to this location.

I was very upset with the service for $ 5 I got only 5 pieces of tiny chicken strips which looked like popcorn chicken and it was cold and tasted like they gave me someone’s old order that has been siting out all day I will post a picture comparing the chicken strips I bought for $ 5 and it came with only $ 5 pieces of this size and no drink or anything

I’ve had this place get my order wrong several times. The last (and final) time I went I told the lady at the drive through I wanted the hamburger without tomatoes due to an allergy (of uncooked fruit), to which she responded, «But you still want ketchup?» «Yes, it’s cooked.» Although I really shouldn’t have had to explain that to her. I realize some people may use the allergy excuse to get their order right, but it’s definitely not an excuse in my family’s case. To say the least, I won’t be going to this location ever again. FYI: I’ve never had an issue at any other location.

We go thru the drive thru at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night… you’re open until midnight… yet your ice cream machine is being cleaned… riiiiight. «Cleaning» the machine of your most popular drink items is really stupid when you have 2 hours before you close. Why lie? Just say you are too lazy and just don’t feel like making it. Very unsatisfied and will never eat here again.

I’ve made my last visit to this particular location. I am continually disappointed with drinks I am served. I order the same combination of flavors every visit and it’s either way too sour, watered down, or just taste terrible. Other locations are never that far off, it’s a pretty simple mixture of two liquids. Not sure what the deal is here but will not be wasting anymore cash on drinks that go down the drain.

I’m not very impressed by the food here, just think is too greasy and salty. They do have great deals during their happy hours where their drinks are half price. I got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and that was really good! I would recommend that you skip the food and just go for the drinks!

Worst sonic ever. They are the only sonic in the springs that won’t make grilled chicken wraps because it’s a «liability» for some reason. They also run out of burgers often. Go to any other sonic nearby.

This location definitely practices false advertising. I was just there today and ordered a Mini Oreo Blast, which Blast of the Mini size are clearly labeled $ 2.29. When I pulled up to the window the gal told me it would be $ 3.00. ??? Now it’s been a while since I’ve bought anything in Colorado Springs but a 30% sales tax seemed a bit excessive so I had to inquire as to how exactly they calculated the $ 3.00 total. I asked her if she had my order as a Mini Oreo blast and she said yes. I said your sign lists the price at $ 2.29 and she said it did go up to $ 2.39. I asked well how do you get to $ 3.00 from there? She said the Oreo flavoring is $ 0.40??? I asked what a blast would be with out the flavoring then and she said it’d be an Oreo shake. HAHA seriously??, so I said wouldn’t that be the shake pricing then instead of the blast pricing? She got so confused. I said, tell your manager not to list it as a blast if it doesn’t include the flavoring for a blast. That is false advertising. Either the store manager is false advertising or training employees to add an extra scoop of flavoring for $ 0.40 additional which I“m leaning towards because my blast had way too much Oreo. Bad news either way.

I have never been a big fan of Sonic, but it is close to work and I wanted an Ocean Water. For as long as the drive thru line was, it moved quickly. My food on the other hand was cold, not even lukewarm. I have been in here once before and had the same problem. First time shame on you, second time shame on me. I will not be back.

I stopped by Sonic today because they’re newly opened and getting off the ground. I ordered a hot dog (never had one before) and a small fries. The hot dog was good, had the Chicago dog with mustard onions and a pickle. The fries were hot, fresh and salty — just the way I like them. Very good!
