I love this shop! Coming home it’s one of my favorite places to visit. I love all their clothes, products, books, jewelry and home apparel. I definitely recommend visiting Terra Verde XoXo Kristen

I tend to stop in to Terra Verde each time I go back to visit Colorado Springs and I absolutely love all the trinkets, the jewelery selection and especially the Umbra items they keep in the back. This really is the ultimate gift shop in that you can find a gift for your grandmother, your nephew, your cousin and your sister all in one place(and get it gift wrapped, too)! I typically go straight for the jewelry and I love that they have all sorts of styles and feature local artists. They also frequently have trunk shows, so be on the lookout for those! Their clothing selection is fairly large but not really my taste. I do love their huge selection of scarves, though. They have everything from super casual, to trendy, to fancy! The baby/kids section is very cute and the book section is great for finding coffee table books, bathroom reads and anything from cookbooks to joke books. The only downside is that Terra Verde is typically VERY expensive. For most of the merchandise it is understandable because it is made by a local artist and/or is very high quality. But some items, like the clothing for example, can run you a pretty penny! The only other thing I would mention is that sometimes the staff can be overly pushy. They are mostly friendly but some of the ladies tend to hover and overstay their welcome. I’m not big on chit-chat and small talk so this bothers me, but perhaps it won’t be an issue for you!

After not living in the Springs for three years and moving back I must ask«what the hell happened to this place»?? It used to be one of the only cool places in town to shop for clothing. Can anyone say OLDLADY? And expensive old lady. It’s always been pricey but I have no problem with that if the product is great. Boring and unstylish. Doesn’t carry shoes anymore either. The home goods are still decent, the jewelry used to blow the mind… now, meh. So basically there isn’t a decent boutique shopping experience left in the springs. worth the stupid drive to Denver, I guess. Bummer!

Updating because the last time I went in I was greeted and helped by at least three employees. Vast improvement over my previous experiences.

This store is indeed a gem for gifts for the female. I am overwhelmed by the kindness they have shown me in finding the perfect gift every time for my girlfriend. They have a varying range of price, and an incredible selection of jewelry and their buyer are amazing at getting unique and eclectic wares to sell. They treat every customer with respect. They listen to your needs and find the perfect gift without trying to upsell, confuse, or make you feel less knowledgeable. Plus their gift wrapping is free and amazing!!!

It’s Christmas Eve, and two toddlers are in a the store, with parents and grandparents whose attention wanders to and from the kids. CRASH! Nooooo! Glass shatters. Lots of it. A display #DoneFor. And the staff and owner are models of graciousness. #indebted

I’ve loved the unique and eclectic gifts and products in this store for a long time. Today, however, I was blown away by their customer service. After my two year old son caused an accident in which something was broken, the owner and manager were incredibly kind and forgiving. I am so grateful for their response and will purposely shop here in the future and recommend it to everyone I know.

The customer service at Terra Verde is excellent. I love that they have free gift wrapping and do a beautiful job to boot! Best place ever for unique gifts. Great clothing for women of all ages and varying style preferences. I’ve purchased everything from casual summer clothing to cocktail dresses and consistently get compliments on the clothing. The staff are what set Terra Verde apart from other boutiques in the Springs: they are helpful but not pushy and go out of their way to do special orders for specific sizes, etc. I love TV! In the five + months I’ve lived in New York, I have yet to find a store that remotely comes close to Terra Verde. It’s tough to find a store that has the right combination of great, unique, stylish clothing and shoes coupled with a nice selection of gifts. The staff also separate TV from other boutiques: they’re extremely helpful and provide lots of suggestions for accessories, shoes, etc. The only thing I could wish for is a website so that I can order items and get them shipped to me. There is absolutely no other place like Terra Verde!

This boutique really has everything. It has been my go to place for at least 10 years. Everything from soaps and lotions to amazing jewelry, furniture and clothes. Another reviewer has it right, it is the Anthroplogie of Colorado Springs. Some of the employees have been there for 14 yrs.

Review of the clothes: If you like European-type styles(for women) or just clothes with a cool but feminine character, this is the place for you. I moved here from LA and was glad to find a shop that carries clothing similar to my favorite boutique out there.(I’m tall – 5’10″ – and for some reason, European dresses fit me better.) Terra Verde is larger though – with a wide selection of styles. Others have said it’s pricey, but it’s not bad – around $ 30 to $ 50 for a shirt and $ 100 or more for a dress. Check their Facebook page or website for«happy hour,» when you’ll get 10% off.

For those of you who may not know, Terra Verde is a boutique women’s clothing store that is located on the 200 block of North Tejon. However, to call it a women’s clothing store is a bit of a misnomer considering the fact that Terra Verde sells a variety of other things: home décor, jewelry, bath & body products, accessories, books… even kid’s stuff! Need a gift for a baby shower, wedding, or birthday? Come here. Not only will you get a unique gift that is sure to stand out from any others, but the folks at Terra Verde have you covered when it comes to wrapping the damn thing. Which is especially important for me considering that I normally: A) buy gifts at the last minute; B) suck at wrapping presents; C) only have wrapping paper from CostCo that smells like formaldehyde; D) never have scotch tape; or E) All of the above.* And that’s not to say that the only reason you should stop by this store is to buy a gift for someone else. If you want to treat yourself to a little something special at any time of the year, this is definitely the place to go I’m fairly certain that most of the staff there recognizes me as «The lady who constantly comes in and looks at everything in our store inventory as if she’s never seen any of it before.» Because, yes, the stuff they carry there is that awesome. I love you Terra Verde. *Answer — E) All of the above.

Terra Verde is the Anthropologie of Colorado Springs. You walk into the store, and quickly realizes that it just keeps going– housewares, clothes, jewelry, shoes, cookbooks, toiletries… if you want it, you’ll find it here– and it will be high quality and high style. Terra Verde is also a perfect place if you’re looking for a gift. Whether you want to spend $ 10 on a really lovely bar of soap or $ 100 for a hip necklace, this is your place to find brands and items you won’t find anywhere else in the Springs. Fun tip: If you bring in your puppy, they’ll probably score a free treat from the friendly staff.

Really like this store — it’s huge and has the selection of a dozen boutiques inside. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items they had and the range of price points. You can easily find something here for yourself or a friend. The staff is friendly, and I love that it’s a local business celebrating another anniversary! I also like that they have vegan items as well as luxury bath goods and shoes and clothes, too.

This is a very nice store that carries everything from luxe bath products to women’s clothes to beautiful furniture. It is very, very expensive but they have an amazing selection and quality goods. The staff there was very helpful and it was easy to get a dressing room. The clothes are great — very trendy and unique, and I would love to go back with a larger budget next time.

Looking for a unique gift for a girlfriend or significant other? Terra Verde is worth a visit. Great soaps, lotions and potions — all the way up to handbags, shoes, clothes, etc. They carry brands and styles you won’t find at other chain stores — or even some independents — in COS. Hubby scored big points this past birthday with a purple Harvey’s seatbelt purse. :)

Terra Verde is a really cute store in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. They carry a big selection of contemporary clothes and home stuffs, I like ‘um. Though they are kind of expensive I guess they can be excused because they are an independent business and are helping to make the Springs hip.(That, of course, might never actually happen.) You can find great brands like Hobo, Betsey Johnson and Ann Taintor. The staff is kind of stuffy and tend to think themselves very important, but can be cool at times too.
