I’ve been seeing Yolanda for over 5 years now she is professional and very detailed oriented. She creates an atmosphere that is relaxing and calming. so if this is your first time she’ll settle your nerves. I’ve been to numerous other wax places and she’s by far the best. She talks to you during your appointment and has a genuine care for her customers.
If you’re also looking for a clean space this is it! She uses a different stick with each use, washes her hands before started and uses gloves.
Regarding the above comment, I’ve had to reschedule too and I’ve never had challenges with her. She’s very willing to work w my schedule.
Ladies, search no more! This is your one stop shop! :-)

These people are so rude, I bought a Groupon and ended up asking to be reimbursed for it due to the poor customer service. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to get sick and have irregular menstrual cycles so I rescheduled my second appointment here twice the second time the manager said I was no longer welcome because I was rescheduling too much. I have an autoimmune disease that makes my cycle come on at random so y
and I rescheduled my Brazilian wax. This is business is NOT customer friendly and shows no empathy for their customers. I’m going to be sick for the rest of my life I can’t work with a business that is so rude. I have never been to a place where the manager calls you and says you’re not welcome back here I don’t care what your situation is you rescheduled two appointments don’t come back.

I am a waxing and facial junkie! I admit it, so trust me when I tell you that Yolanda is the absolute «MASTER» of both. The facial I had Thursday was amazing, 90 minutes of pure fabulous. My skin feels great even today. Love love love Waxafras!

Love, love, love this place! I found them on groupon and am now a returning customer ! Yolanda is great but this time I had Crystal and she was super professional and personable! Not To mention that I got a Brazilian, eyebrows, lip waxing, and a bottle of tend skin for only $ 99!!! I will definitely be back!
