Looking for a unique gift for that hard to buy for person? Or want to snag a cool gift for yourself? Come to this artsy place! A good variety of local artists selling amazing pieces that are not only beautiful but also practical. I got a beautiful cutting board made from several different kinds of wood. There are wood jewelry boxes, glass coasters, hand made jewelry, paper crafted items, plates, towels, bowls, etc. But these are not things you are going to find at Crate and Barrel! These are unique hand made items that you will enjoy for a lifetime.
Store is quaint but bright. Staff was really nice and they offer free gift wrapping. Each purchase also comes with information about the artist so you can learn more about your item. Great place to visit!

Bluestem is a charming little store that stocks beautiful and unique items made by Missouri crafters. You will always find something special and beautiful. I particularly like shopping at Bluestem for gifts. Items are often one-of-a-kind or very limited in stock, so if you see something you want, snap it up before it is gone! Bluestem also offers complimentary gift-wrapping — they’ve done a great job every time I’ve taken advantage of this service.

Great place to find the work of local artists. I found a lovely treasure for my sis, and they even wrapped it, and sent it via UPS for me. It got to her almost before I got home from my trip.

A great local shop with a wide variety of carved wood, ceramic & mixed media pieces for sale. My wife and I have bought a few pieces of pottery and other misc items. A really great store, and an asset to CoMO.

Absolutely beautiful gifts! This is the place to go if you want handcrafted pottery, housewares, table cloths, ceramics, etc. Beautiful woodwork as well. Most of it comes from Missouri artists. They have a small section of work by craftspeople from neighboring states.
Displays the tremendous talent and sophistication of artisans that people frequently overlook in the Midwest.

Cool little place with authentic goods MADE IN MISSOURI. I always go to this place to buy gifts for people back home in Cali.
They have furniture, lamps, jewelry, mirrors, art, ceramic vases, etc… Only **** b/c their prices are a bit steep.- but hey, it’s not made in China.
They will even gift wrap and ship items for you (extra charge, but worth it)
