, from the minutes I walked through the door to the minute I left the service was beyond professional and a great experience. This was the first time I was getting a Brazilian wax. Olivia was awesome, despite the uncomfortable experience (being a virgin to brazilian wax) she kept me distracted. Unfortunately, I am not stationed at Fort Jackson. If I was I would have gone there every opportunity I have. Thank you

I’ve been here several times for waxing. I started a few months back to try it out and I love it! Well, not the feeling but the look, teehee!
For starters, I like the cleanliness of the place. The staff is pretty cool! I’ve had three different ladies do my waxing and I’ve enjoyed each of them, no homo, lol! We talked junk the whole time I got my junk waxed!
Now, the process… well, if I can be honest, it hurts initially! It hurts like hell! But afterwards, the pain is well worth it. I also let them do my brows and lip as well. Might as well let them clean me all up!
I highly recommend this place. I’ve actually told a few friends who decided to go as well. Not sure if they kept it up but I know they went.

I’ve gone to see Jessica twice now and I absolutely love her! She’s only there on Wednesday’s and every other Friday but I make my schedule work with hers just to see her. Very professional and very sweet. She does an excellent job, glad to have found a wax salon where I continually enjoy my experience!

Jessica is awesome! Very professional and thorough! This was my 3^rd time going and wouldn’t do to anyone else! She is great at her job and great at making you feel at ease during the process! The prices are reasonable for both sugaring and regular waxing and I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I admit, I was skeptical about this place based on such varying reviews. But I was very surprised and pleased! I mean, Brazilian waxes are not fun, but the lady who did mine was very professional, friendly and fast! She made the 20 or so minutes pass with as minimal pain as possible. I will definitely be back and would recommend for sure!

Getting a Brazilian wax can be an uncomfortable experience. However, the staff here makes you feel comfortable and they are nice. I recently moved from New Orleans and was in need of a wax. So I found this place online and then checked out their Unilocal to read the reviews. It’s about. 25 minute drive from my house but I will be back due to their professionalism. The facility is very clean and private.

I’ve been coming to Claudia’s since October of 2013, and I am always extremely pleased with the courteous and efficient service! The staff is wonderful, they always make you feel comfortable in awkward situation. They will always have me for a customer, as long as I’m in the area!

Such a wonderful experience! I’ve been going here for over 6 months and have never had a bad experience!!! They are very meticulous and experienced and Claudia is a perfectionist by nature. Anyone that has had a bad experience should speak to Claudia personally and I’m certain she would fix it! Honestly best service around and such great prices!

I went to Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia. I’m extremely pleased by the service I received! I went for a Brazilian bikini with the sugaring method (first time ever)! Extremely happy with the results. I already booked my next visit. Claudia was extremely patient and made my extremely nervous visit a pleasant one.

I dont see how this place has bad reviews… It was WonDErfUL probably the best wax i have ever gotten. Laura was so amazing and fast. Truly happy i would come back, and recomend this place to anyone!

I started coming here a year ago when I moved to Columbia and haven’t left. They are super friendly and you can’t beat the pricing. I highly recommend Sheila (she only works on Mondays) — she is so personable and excellent and efficient with the waxing.

I made an appointment here a couple of weeks ago because my regular esthetician was not available. First let me say that I am no «newbie». I’ve been getting Brazilians for over 2 years (I get sugared, not waxed), so I know what to expect. Everything started fine. Then the «esthetician» said that because my skin was perspiring (whose doesn’t during this process!!!) that she needed to get «warmer sugaring paste». Ok, one of the benefits of sugaring is that the paste used is basically room temperature — warm, but definitely not hot. The sugaring paste is also applied using gloved hands, not the wooden sticks used for waxing and is spread on and removed right away, not applied then left on for a bit and ripped off of you. Well, the «sugaring paste» that she came back with was HOT!!! Even after applying baby powder it was too hot. She literally had to hold it in front of the fan to cool it down before applying it. THEN, it was applied with the little wooden stick. Long story short, I believe I was charged the higher sugaring price when I was actually waxed. Not a good business practice. I will not be back.

I have been to Brazilian Wax and Spa twice. My first appointment was for a Brazilian wax and went very well. My waxer was friendly and I was out of there in ten minutes with zero hair left. It was still painful, but no more than should be expected from a Brazilian wax.
I decided to try Brazilian sugaring a few weeks later. This specialist was younger and horribly unprofessional. Online their site says that hair need only be ¹⁄₁₆ of an inch for sugaring, which is why I made the appointment in the first place, but the lady said my hair (¹⁄₈ inch) was too short and there was no need to try. She gave me a bikini sugaring that left behind many patches of hair and charged me the full bikini price for sugaring. After driving an hour to this spa for a sugaring appointment and being assured that ¹⁄₁₆ inch was long enough for the service, I was very disappointed.
Overall, I will return to this spa only for waxing. As a side note, I purchased the numbing gel and it isn’t worth the money.

This place is AWESOME! Couldn’t ask for better service. The store is adorable and relazing. Luna is so sweet; she’s very accommodating and welcoming. I was a bit anxious about the pain, but she was great about it.
I also had some issues with ingrown hairs and she very gently and expertly removed them. Very sanitary and professional.
Oh…and GREAT price… only $ 35? You can’t beat it. But even better, I used a $ 25 Groupon! I will definitely come back.

I recently moved to Columbia from San Diego and have been in search of a fantastic (ie cheap, sanitary, and legit) Brazilian waxing salon. Having had my Brazilian waxes done by real Brazilians in the past, I’d like to think I’m a tough critic. After having been to several of the other salons in the area and dealing with broken hair follicles, bumps and ingrowns for outrageous prices, I was frustrated. Then I found Luna and Claudia right here in my own neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and attenuation to a clean, inviting salon. Not to mention, their fantastic pricing! Normally people think ‘you get what you pay for’ so don’t go cheap. But waxing shouldn’t have to cost an arm and leg. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of their services.
I am so excited to welcome this salon into my neighborhood and look forward to returning soon! I encourage anyone to stop by and see what a real waxing salon is all about.
