I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I bought a dress to wear to a friend’s birthday party. I tried it on in the store but was in a rush and didn’t notice 2, not 1 but TWO holes and when I was getting ready my boyfriend pointed out the hole that was right on the butt of the dress. I had to wear a different dress and originally had the intention of returning it today. The manager who was a fridgid b***h right off the bat refused to, not only refund me for the TWO-​HUNDRED dollar dress but refused to exchange it or give me a discount, insisting that I must be lying and that the dress was worn. The dress that I bought YESTERDAY. This place has cheap dresses with ridiculous price tags and a manager who would probably be better off cleaning toilets where she isn’t interacting with the human populace because her customer service skills are essentially nonexistent.
