I am with the reviewer, Sean S. I don’t like the national flower companies and have been dissatisfied with what they have delivered in the past. I live in DC and called based on the Unilocal reviews. So friendly and helpful! Good advice as well. The flowers were delivered so quickly and the recipient was more than pleased.

VALLEY VILLAGE, CA

I live in California and couldn’t make it home for my Mom’s Birthday so I thought I’d send some flowers. In the past I used companies like 1 – 800 flowers, BUT the last time I did the flowers never got delivered and the customer service was outsourced in some third world country where it was obvious it was just someone who barely knew English reading a script. I swore never to use 1 – 800 flower again after they failed to deliver.
Thank Goodness for Unilocal.
I called the Cedar Florist & Gift shop and the Lady who answered the phone was so friendly and kind, knew exactly where my folks lived, and made an amazing bouquet for my Mom within my budget.
Both my Mom and Dad loved the flowers and it felt great to support a Local Small Business!
