My partner purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country at Chapman’s last evening. We had EXCELLENT service. I am one the rewards a business that treats me well and they are one. I will continue to go back. John Carruthers is who sold us the van and he was great. No one talked us into anything and we felt totally comfortable. So I would HIGHLY recommend them for your vehicle and financing needs!

Took my 2010 escape for an oil change/tire rotation and inspection. Was told I needed 4 new tires and new front rotors to pass inspect. Quoted $ 900 for everything on top of what I was paying for oil change/rotation/inspect including the ‘cheapest’ tires they had for $ 200 each. Declined the work and still got charged for the inspect/oil change/rotation even though I found they never rotated the tires.
Took it to a local shop and was told all I needed were 2 rear tires to pass and everything else was fine. They showed me the tire tread depth gauge and they recommended I get the other 2 changed soon but they were still ok for 6 months or so. Said rotors were in good condition.
Certainly lost my business forever.

Bought an Edge there in June 2013. I had a question regarding the condition of the tires, being i bought a certified preowned 3 days after my purchase & thus began the runaround & extremely poor customer service by both sales team (thanks for nothing, Allen) & service. If you’re expecting customer service, go elsewhere… really, anywhere else. Truly a horrible & stressful experience.

Sad to give this place one star. On Saturday I went to test drive a fiesta and apply for a loan. Being 21, I was weary of any hard inquiries negatively affecting my credit. So I asked about the hard inquiries and my sales rep Jason said that in fact only one hard inquiry would occur. Fortunately for me, on Sunday my credit was impacted by 8 — yes EIGHT f***ing hard inquiries — I was denied a loan, and those 8 inquiries dropped my credit score from 720 to 626 in ONE day. Thus, I had a hard enough time finding a way to get a car loan from another dealership today after my credit was murdered by Chapman ford without my knowledge or consent. Not only that, but in the morning when I first found out I was denied a loan, I asked if they would take a cosigner and the rep said he would call me back in 5 minutes — and he never did. Thanks Chapman Ford!
