Beautiful room; looks like an old mill.
Great for a mid-​size crowd, no more than 80. Careful about how many it seats. They exaggerate the number, but COMFORTABLE is the word they leave out. If you need AV equipment, go two weeks early and test it yourself. Get the room dimensions with the pillars, elevator, ramp, etc. and take it to an event planner for verification. If there’s no room for food tables, there’s no room for flow.
The caterer they require you to use is great.

Fantastic Galleries! Huge Space! Looks like a Historic Mill — Cool Warehouse with Character and Charm!
Walk in and up a few stairs to the main Exhibition Gallery where they hold events and on all the walls (this was a surprise to me) Charlotte Artist Rod Wimmer! ! ! This is a great space and before anyone told me I told my friend this would be the perfect space to hold and event, like a wedding reception, Holiday Party or any medium sized Gathering! This OPEN Space looks Great! They have decorated an old elevator shaft and you can view it from the top or main floor!
On the second floor gallery there is a lot of Art on display and plenty of work space/​teaching potential (many covered for work tables and chairs set and ready to teach a class or demonstration workshops!
In the Basement they have an Art Supply Store with very High Quality products. I was especially impressed with the steel Art «Combs» and Palet Knives
