This is a unique jewelry store, with average price tags in the $ 30 — $ 50 price range. Most items can be customized with initials. While the merchandise is attractive, the store has one serious flaw.
BUYER BEWARE — They do not give refunds under *any* circumstances, even with receipt! They will only allow exchanges. My wife tried returning an item she received as a gift (with receipt) because she did not like it. The item was not customized, just a simple piece of jewelry. The associate smiled and said «too bad, we do not offer exchanges». Quite unprofessional.
Parking is plentiful and free in this shopping plaza.
Based on their return policy, I will never shop here for my wife.
