Nice hotel (as usual) the only issue was their WIFI. It really didn’t work well at all. When it did work it was very very slow. Other than that, I’m always a fan of the Gardens. :-)

Always like my HGI. They have good beds and a nice breakfast. It was close to the hey for quick access since I was working in Macon an hour away it was perfect. Staff was very friendly and of course they have cookies in the evening.

Wonderful owners! Great receptionists! Nikki and Shelly at the front desk always has a smile on their face! Super clean!

Not happy! Checked in late last night and when I got to my room I found that it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest had checked out. I called the front desk and was treated like it was my fault. The kid at the desk literally said what do you want me to do about it! I always stay at Hilton but will never stay here again!
When I checked out this morning it was pretty much the same… no how was your stay, how was your room, nothing but did you get your folio under your door.
Wow! I don’t often post negative reviews but this place deserves it on customer service alone!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and had the internet crash after going in and out of service, which means it’s my last stay, despite my frequent trips to Columbia. For a modern, supposedly business-​friendly hotel, it’s mystifying and incredibly frustrating that a fundamental amenity like internet access isn’t reliable and leaves people in a bind when they’re counting on having net access.

Clean hotel and great hot tub area. Hotel seems new and has plenty of parking.
There is a Ruby Tuesday and sandwich shop within walking distance, but it is not close to much else.

Great, newer, clean hotel. Decent breakfast, but not free. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great workout room. Close to just a few restaurants, etc. But, downtown/​campus is a 7 – 10 minute drive.

Been here a few times and never disappointed. Nice hotel, nice staff, nice bar and good cookies. Lets get some big flat screen tv’s in the rooms please!
It is NOT hard to get to and it is not in the middle of nowhere. It is about a mile off of 70. Lone Star, Ruby Tuesday and Bass Pro in the same lot!

One big, big drawback: this place is in the middle of nowheres-​ville. But. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are new. There were two young guys — one Asian and one white — at the front desk who were both exceptionally helpful and nice. Free wireless. A nifty thing where you can print documents from your room to the printer in the business center for free.
