Terrible! Had a washer and dryer delivered. They are incredibaly old and rusted. The washer leaks, I have to ring the clothes out before putting into the dryer, and the dryer door fly’s open randomly!!! And over charged at that!
Herb said he would replace it the next day. He layer messaged me and said it would be the day after. His days we confused. I called and left a message telling him I I would NOT be home that day. He sent the units to be delivered and his driver repeatedly called my phone in a meeting over and over!
Now he will not return my calls, emails, or anyone else’s.
Don’t get burned like we did.

I just bought a washing machine form this co, and I would NOT recommend doing business with these folks. At first making payment was difficult as they claimed that the credit card machine was not working. I had to pay thru a check cashing service online.
The machine was delivered the next day to the property and tenants. The tenant accepted delivery.
Apparently the machine has a foul odor. When I called HN the lady there told me that since it was accepted that it is to late. She did NOT want or care to hear that the customer was not satisfied. HN would not even consider a return and it has been less than two hours since it was delivered.
BE WARNED!!! UNLESS YOU VISUALLY INSPECT AND RUN THE MACHINE AT THE STORE… it may not be all you expect and they wont work with you, the customer!
