Id leave a zero if I could. I recently moved here from DC and desperately needed a fill.(I ran a spa in DC). I had stiletto shaped nails when I went in and left with a mess. I needed an acrylic fill with gel polish. Let me tell you, I was rushed from the second I walked in the door. I had an appointment for 930, and he started at 930(I was there by 920). He rushed me picking my color, and was extremely rough on my nails. He left water and bubbles between the acrylic fill and my nail. Which if you didn’t know it causes severe infections and could potentially cause you to not be able to get acrylics again. He didn’t clean under my nails and tried cutting them down. I asked him to please not trim them, he was way too busy texting the entire time to listen to me. I had to remind him which nail needed painted and which hand he was on. I was out the door by 1000. A GEL fill does NOT take 30 minutes. The polish was cheap and rough it felt like rocks were under the polish. I paid 40 $ for a fill, that’s DOUBLE what we charged in our spa in DC! I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave, reluctantly I left a 9 $ tip because he was hovering over me asking me how much I was tipping. Within 12 hours the tips of my nails had busted off. I tried calling and they just put me on hold. My nails were so sore and red that I decided I needed to find a new place to correctly remove my nails and start from scratch because they were a nightmare. I WILLNEVERRETURNORRECOMMEND this place to anyone. I highly suggest you send your techs back to school and invest in quality nail polish.
