So — new to this store is the super cramped check out line designed to try and make you buy junk on the way to the register and is not baby stroller friendly. They made it way smaller and tighter then it already was and our baby kept getting hit with straw sticking out from decorations. Additionally the line ends up going past the front door when it’s busy because you have to stand single file. Plus a new coupon that doesn’t start until 3PM for 20% off your entire purchase even though we were checking out at 2:45 PM. I let Laura the manager know I did not like either of these changes and she blamed Corporate. Just so you know AC Moore has same coupon today all day and Hobby Lobby just plain has better pricing and better shopping experience. Good luck Michael’s you lost my business today and I won’t be back. Be happy I tried to share my opinion while there today even though you don’t seem to care about the customer experience at this point at all.

Oh how I love thee, Michaels! Being a crafter, I have to frequent this place often. The app available for smart phones with the constant 50% off coupon is the best. They constantly rotate sales and the staff is as sweet as sugar. It’s hard to stay away.
