Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

What kind of place is this? Two of us went in to get 2 cups of yogurt it was $ 20.21.i was in shock that they rip people off like that. then we asked for a sample cup an the guy got the cup filled it up an got his disgusting fingers all over the cup. this place is disgusting .I will tell everyone not to go in an my first clue should of been the place was empty. from 1to 10,0…

My chocolate yogurt was soured and the employee that originally waited on me tasted it and agreed. When the manager on duty tasted it, she had all kinds of excuses why it tasted sour. She ultimately told me I could throw it away and get something different. After doing so, she told me to put it on the scale and was going to charge me again. When I asked her why, I was told «because you ate some of the other one.» I told her I didn’t want it and her response was «well you might as well go on & take it now because I’m going to have to throw it away.»
Customer service is not a priority for that manager! I won’t be back.

Was way excited for a self serve yogurt place on the south side of town! I went in and there was 3 people in like and 2 kids, the worker was on the phone arguing with someone and hung up and told the people it was «some dumb Indian guy screaming at me» I don’t know maybe it’s just me but I don’t like when companies bad mouth customers or other places :(but the thing that really sets them apart in a bad way is they don’t let you sample your own flavors so when I asked for a sample cup he put up the «one second» hand motion and cashed out the next 2 customers while I waited and then rushed from behind the counter to do the samples for me and there were still a person waiting to be cashed out! I just wanted to pop in and out to try the place but it took way longer than expected and made me feel awkward. They looked like they had okay flavors though! I ended up not getting anything and went across to andys! Work on customer service and that weird company sampling policy and I will give it another shot
