Both pillows I bought here tore at the seems within a couple weeks. Then they would only give me store credit for one and they no longer had it in the store, so they were going to have to order in online and I couldn’t use my store credit for that. Plus, the manager had a terrible attitude!

Wonderful service. Ms. Betty Ann helped me. They always greet u when u come in. Nice variety of blingy home goods. It’s not cheap but they have good sales & more importantly great merchandise.

I’m giving the store a 5 star, for the service from Ms Jackie!!! She did not give up looking throughout the whole store for this one item that I wanted, thank you again Ms Jackie I’ll return to pier 1, just because of your great service!!!

Im a fan of Pier 1 in general and im a fan of this particular store because the sales people are so helpful! I went in one Sunday afternoon in search of coffee table items to make my coffee table stand out from the rest. The staff was more than helpful in helping me figure out what went best with the picture of the coffee table I showed them and they even humored me when I was trying to match things with my glass head… I happened to go in when there was a bit of a sell so I got all of items at a good price!

This is my first time in the place. They got some nice stuff for the households if your needed for the house. My sister got a lamp and a pillow for herself. The staff are nice and friendly. Answers all you questions if needed.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Pier-​1 Imports. When I was a kid, they were the home of funky kitsch for your den and Throw Pillow HQ. As a young married couple, they were the place we went to buy fancy-​ish stuff like Bohemian-​crystal wine glasses by the piece.
This is one of the better run, nicely maintained locations in the area. And just today, we were able to replace our outdated stoneware dishes with eight new, modern, artsy-​ish place settings and a serving platter for $ 130. ‘Cause the manager was willing to cut a deal on the last boxes of some older stock combined with other pieces.
Hey, and their candles smell good too, for when Rob has to go to his girly place.
