Every time I come to this location, something is wrong. One time, they forgot the chips for my NACHOS. Another, they didnt grill my loaded potato GRILLER. Once, I said to add Chipotle sauce, they put creamy jalapeño on it? Does that sound anything like the word Chipotle? Its like they don’t even listen to a word you’re saying.

If I could give no stars I would. Don’t get me wrong… I am not looking for perfection from Taco Bell… my expectations are already extremely low, but it took 15 minutes to make a 10 pack. This place is terrible.

Too damn slow and its not even lunch rush…
We stopped here at 2pm on a Thursday and the drive thru was slammed. so I parked and went inside… and I was the only person in line. I had to wait 10 minutes for Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and a Steak Quesarita… that’s it …
I will never stop at this location again!!!
