This was my first dry cleaning experience and I will never do it again. I was accidentally charged $ 360.99 on top of my $ 36.09 bill at the tripps on hardscrabble road. It took them a whole day for the issue to get fix and them to refund me the $ 360.99. And not too long ago I checked my bank account balance and they still had the nerve to try to charge me the original $ 36.09. After them causing my account to go to a negative balance, me being late to work, and me having to drive to the main branch to try to speak to someone because no one would contact me back. By the way it is almost impossible to get in contact with someone in charge(management).

The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced, I got three items dry cleaned and two are in worst condition, after cleaning, than they were when I dropped them off. A white blouse I had dry cleaned had the black dye from the collar bleed throughout the rest of the shirt. A pair of slacks are spotty all over. I called and asked for explanations only to be told I have to bring my items back into the store to see if they«actually happened there.» Upon arrival the manager examined my clothes and thought that telling me they were damaged due to a manufacture defect was an appropriate response. She was rude and aggressive, she also thought that there was no reason to offer me any refund or compensation. I will not be bringing any clothes back to this dry cleaner. No one should have to deal with the rude staff and their over pricing!

Over-priced is the name of the game here. I brought 3 dresses here and it cost me nearly $ 50. I thought the cashier was actually making a joke and I was waiting for the real total.(Then it just got awkward when I was just waiting…) Anyway, the 3 dresses were cotton with no special beading or anything – just standard, plain cotton dresses! I think one of them didn’t even really get cleaned either! I’ll just get Dryel next time.

Way over priced and the service sucks! The people working at this establishment are in some dire need of basic customer service training! They convey a rude, non caring, attitude that makes one feel you are doing them a service with your patronage! Furthermore, they employ some«bait and switch» business tactics that plain out stinks!
