I came with with many problems and learned alot. The problems are not going away and I didn’t waste any money trying to put a band aid on tower upgrades. Nick helped me out. He listened to all of my issues and calmly addressed each one. Being very honest and forthright about both the benefits and drawbacks of each possible solution. In my instance upgrading my phone and my Hotspot were not yet the right call. If you need help and want a knowledgeable guy come here and ask for nick. Unlike cellular sales and many other contract stores these guys work for Verizon and are both able to help and willing to do so regardless of the sale. I will find a way to get my next phone from this store.
