These guys do a great job and know what they are doing. My transmission went out and my car was stuck in Gahanna, they towed it to their shop at no cost to me and had my car back in better than new condition in less than 1 week, which is good turn around time for a complete rebuild on a transmission.
I really appreciated Shawn at the shop who upon pickup of my vehicle made it a point to walk me out to my car and thank me for choosing them as a business, and instead of trying to up sell me on more unneeded services like some other shops do he simply offered up suggestions on things to look for in my vehicle in the next 12 months to keep it running in tip top shape as my truck does have 172,000+ miles on it.

I’d rather scrap my car then deal with them.
Went in for a quote, and they tried to coerce me into getting the work done right away. I can’t remember the name of the jerk behind the desk, but he would not provide a written quote, or any explanation of what the situation was. Quite condescending actually.

These guys are awesome. After having issues at 2 Brothers down the road getting my car fixed, they were more than happy to work with me to resolve my bad transmission. Bruce was on top of things from start to finish, and I had the pleasure of getting to work/​talk to the owner Shawn as well. Shawn even came back out to the parking lot to get my engine light to go off, as the tech simply missed that, and he even told me what it meant, showed me how the system checks that information, and overall was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime.
