Today I had one of the best pampering experiences by Katie. I am trying to quit biting my nails and wanted my nails done. I have had my nails done in the past many of times and never have my nails looked like this. I am so pleased. I recently had a very bad experience at low class salon, but Katie made sure to meet my expectations to the fullest after hearing about my experience. I would recommend to never go to another nail salon again but Americana! Very inviting! Other staff was very welcoming also. Can’t wait to go back!

This salon has very recently changed owners, I have no experience with the previous owners so that being said, Tina is one of the new owners and she is AMAZING! She is a very talented aesthetician and nail tech. Since I have been going to her she has changed my skin dramatically, she really knows what works for each individual and she tries hard to find the best regimen that will work for you. I had the series of glycolic peels and I highly recommend them. She uses very high quality products and it shows. I am a product junkie and have literally tried everything under the sun and the Serene skin care line I have begun using because of her is hands down the best moisturizers I have found. I cannot say enough good things about her quality of work. I had previously been using a very expensive line that was pushed on me at a plastic surgery/​aesthetic center and it absolutely wrecked my skin and they seemed clueless as to how to fix it. They just wanted me to buy more products that only worsened the results, not so with Tina. She never pushes anything on you and genuinely wants you to have the greatest skin possible.
I also received a pedicure in the salon and it was a very positive experience as well. Everything is very clean and the pedicure room is very relaxing. Even though I live on the other side of town I will never go anywhere else for my skin and nail needs!

Im new to Columbus and have been going here several months. Kim Taylor is my person. Kim does great designs and my fill-​ins last 2 – 3 weeks and never chip or break. I think she prefers appointments (which I never make) but I usually dont have to wait more than a few days to get in.

I went here after purchasing a groupon. Cute place everyone seemed really nice & friendly. Unfortunately, my nails didn’t look as cute as the place did. I had acrylics and they looked unprofessional. Im not sure if she was new, out of practice, or maybe just having an off day. Each nail looks different, the french manicure is uneven, nails are crooked and several nails the acrylic doesn’t even start at cuticle. I was excited to pamper myself, but walked away really dissatisfied and wont be going back:(
