Worst service I’ve ever experienced… Probably because I’m a minority!!! Waited 45 mins for a water… Waitress literally said she forgot about our table… Never again!!! They were horrible…

Average is in the name and that’s what this place is. The atmosphere is very crowded and it’s really loud. service is good though… pleasant people… overall just an average place… nothing to write home about.

I went to the Hilliard location. My food was great — had a grilled cheese and tomato soup — and the portions were large. I’d have to say I’m a bit prejudiced when it comes to the service here because the waitress is my daughter but I watched the other servers and her with other customers and everyone seemed friendly and helpful.

Usually good service, good food. For some reason they were really slammed tonight. I probably waited 20 minutes for a glass of water and when our food finally came it was not all there. This must be the first Monday night we have been there for 20 cent wing night. You have to order 10 at a time. I ordered the boneless and some of them weren’t much bigger than a jellybean. My husband and I looked at each other and said we were glad we didn’t decide to share. Never did get our salads so we asked for the check and left. I imagine we will eventually go back, but it won’t be on wing night.

Waited over ten minutes, even stood up for a few of them looking for a server. Nobody ever came to our table. Seemed they had two girls for a full restaurant. We got up and left.

The food is absolutely terrible. If you’re gonna come, just go for drinks and call it a day-​you can’t mess up a beer. It’s unfortunate because it is a really nice sports bar. The service was ridiculously slow as well and then my pizza came out burnt and was missing a piece of the pizza. The server said as she was coming around the corner quickly a piece fell off. Terrible. Go to Roosters like the other reviewer said. At least you can get good food with your beer.
The only thing that was good was the music.

Nice bar for sports lots of good TV’s. Food is typical bar fare but I think most of it is very good. Pizza, wings, burger, quesadillas, and cheesesteak are all good. The chili is only good if you like it not at all spicy. My only complaint is it is always cold. Tonight is even colder than usual and its August and 78 outside feels like 60 in here.

have come here several times, at first was pretty good, got the sliders and potato skins and was very good. Pizza is good but the last two times I’ve gone there it seems to be going down hill. Got some dried up chicken tenders and some below average wings last time I was there. If you order the craft beer, ask the price first or your liable to get a nasty surprise because some of them are quite expensive. Go up to Roosters instead, much better place.

I had been here before to get drinks, but this time I came here for dinner and to watch some of the Cavs game. Amazing! I had the Southwest chicken wrap and it was delicious. They put a cup of their «southwest secret sauce» on the side and it was life changing. Will definitely be coming back for that wrap again!

gave it two tries for lunch and both times were well below average unfortunately. a lot of colleagues come here for after hour beers — and i guess it would be ok for that, but i would recommend not going here for food.

As previously stated, the name of this place is totally apt. I know a decent amount of people who love it here, and I think that it’s because there really aren’t many sports bars in this part of town. If you spent enough time here to become a regular, I can see the appeal.
Let’s talk about the positives first: the servers are friendly, there is probably one TV for every patron, they have great prices on their beer (and a surprising selection of craft beer). The negatives? Their food is kind of crappy, even for bar food standards. I had their signature Joe burger, which comes with a side of fries. The fries were the skinny shoestring variety, and they came out warm and sort of dried out. Also, SO SALTY. I mean, so salty that I really couldn’t eat them, and I am not the kind of person who turns away a potato. The burger was okay, but the meat was kind of rubbery and had a bit of gristle. Again, the dominant flavor profile was salt. We also had a pizza, which was okay, but not nearly enough sauce. Is everything here dried out?
We were there to celebrate a birthday, and everyone ended up having a good time. Part of the reason why this place is just ‘ok’ in my book is that I’m not exactly the target demographic: I’m a foodie who doesn’t care about sports. If you’re in the area and need a cheap beer and access to every game at the same time, this is your place.

This place should be called below average. Crappy food and service. I have no idea how its still in business. I guess its because there’s not that many other bars in the area.

Horrible place to watch football. I waited close to two hours for my food and the waitress had an attitude. When i finally got my food, the wings were really wimpy and not worth it. The management needs to hire more staff or figure this problem out. Will not go there to watch football again!

If you want bar food And wanna watch sports while having a beer this a good place to go.

A few of my friends and I came here to watch the World Cup soccer game. The place was perfect for watching the game, but unfortunately the service was awful. Our server came over immediately after we sat down and took our drink order. She was terse and impatient, and her facial expressions weren’t exactly pleasant. Once we got our drinks, we were ready to order, but she walked away and did not come back to take our food order for another 20 minutes.
The food itself took over 90 minutes to arrive. She did not stop back to the table to check on us or to give us an update on where the heck our food was. And frankly, I’m not sure why three small plates of food took so long. It seemed like everyone was waiting and I saw one guy get upset. When she came out with the food I realized that she had forgot about my order completely. She had to go back to the kitchen to put in the order, and that took another 10 minutes. All she said when she came back was «I hope it tastes good.» Um… So do I?
By the time we all got our food the game was almost over. Don’t get me wrong, the food tasted fine, but it would have been much more enjoyable to get it sooner. She got a tip, because we are still decent people, but I would strongly advise against watching a big game here and expecting to get a meal, too. Maybe they have staffing issues, but they should have realized it would be a busy lunch with the World Cup going on.

The bar needs to learn how to make a Long Island Ice Tea.

Stick to the pizzas.
I’ve been to a couple of these restaurants, and they are always enjoyable. They have lots of TVs, friendly servers and decent beer prices (and happy hours depending on the season.
I usually get pizzas here ($ 14-​$ 17), and I’ve really enjoyed each one. The burgers are meh. You’ll see pretty much the same type of burgers here as every other similar joint and the fries are just regular shoestring fries.
All in all, if you want to hang out, grab a couple beers and eat some pizza, then this is a good place to check out.
Side Note: They have a pretty sizable patio. Only downside is that it overlooks a wonderful… scenic…parking lot.

The service here was terrible. They messed up multiple parts of our ordered… charged us for things we never received, and then never came back to fix any of these things. Go to the one on Henderson instead.

Nice place. I come here often with friends. If You have a problem the owner will respond to your concerns. They will put the volume on for a sporting event if you request it. Sunday is especially nice as they have .45 wings and $ 5 pitchers of beer

The highlights:
* Large patio (open for lunch)
* As of January 2014 they now have CBC IPA and New Belgium Ranger IPA on tap (I think they replaced Bell’s Two-​Hearted?) $ 5 each.
* Seasonal beer
* Pretzel buns for the sandwiches
* TVs EVERYWHERE to watch the game from ANYWHERE in the joint
* Ample parking
I’ve tried a few burgers asking for medium rare-​barely medium well. A lot of almost empty ketchup bottles everywhere. Coworker’s Cobb Salad had brown lettuce and the pickle chips have an odd, «chewy» batter coating. Stick to a burger and beer and with that, they’re A-​OK. It’s all in the name, I guess…
