I love this store and the items are great but I had a HORRIBLE experience with the employees. I went in the store to decide whether I wanted to purchase a dress that I had been thinking about buying. One of the employees was chatting with me about whether I should get it or not and I specifically said that I would buy it and return it later if it didn’t work with my accessories at home. Not one time did she say that THEY DON’T TAKE RETURNS! So when I did go back to return it, they proceeded to tell me that the return policy is on the receipt. How am I supposed to know this when I can’t read the receipt until after I have purchased and then stuck with that item? I confronted her about why she didn’t bother telling me when I told her I might return it and she choked up and didn’t know what to say. «Uhh…Uh…». Are you serious? Wow.

I love BCBG but this is not one of the better stores. I don’t know why, but it seems like many of the stores at Easton think that they are better than they really are. They ignore customers and look down on you if you aren’t carrying the latest bag or wearing the latest trend. And that’s what I feel like here.
I 1^st got turned onto BCBG at the Georgetown store in DC. I used to spend so much time here and the staff was wonderful, helping me find clothes that would look good on me, and having me model them for them. Nothing like this store where I’m lucky to have the staff acknowledge I’ve even walked in.
BCBG generally has some great clothes but I’ve gone to ordering them online rather than going into this location.

BCBG is my favorite store at Easton Town Center. It is my go-​to place for party dresses! BCBG, in general, runs awesome sales at the end of each season where you can pick up pieces that range from 50−70% off.
The store at Easton is neatly arranged and rather large. Every salesperson I have worked with at that location has been very nice and friendly and has gone out of their way to help me locate the perfect party dress. While I would be looking at one rack, the salesgirl helping me would be looking at other racks and pulling dresses she thought I would like to try on. I love when salespeople give you honest opinions and don’t try to push you into buying a dress just because it’s expensive, so another plus for the BCBG Easton location in my book.
The BCBG Easton location has the best party dress selection of any of the BCBG stores I have been in and the shoe selection is also quite large. Next time you are at Easton and are in need of a good cocktail dress, run (don’t walk) to the BCBG Max Azria store!!!
