The shop is a front for thieves which includes the owner. I am a general contractor, I had a sub steal a expensive table saw and took it to this shop and pawned it. We figured it out and tracked it down. My major problem is that in very large letters on the front of the saw was our companies name. The person that pawned it covered that in blue masking tape. If a shop is doing any resemblance of due diligence, don’t you think they would be curious to why there is blue masking tape on the saw and check into it before they pay for it. I went in found the saw, showed him the obvious markings for the company on it. The owner acted as though it was my problem… It got pretty heated in there, and to make a long story shorter I ended up having to pawn out my own stolen table saw. The owner is a crook and is just as bad as the crackheads that steal the goods and sell them there!

UPDATE: So I called this place and tried to file the complaint. It turned out that the Admin that sent me the rude responses is the owner himself. Now I know why he shouldn’t be in business: 1. He is, by nature, a rude, know-it-all owner with a thick, foreign accent(that probably explains why he does not understand the concept of CUSTOMERSERVICE101 here in the US). He does not feel remorse for telling me, a CUSTOMER, that my question is a dumb question, and that he insisted that anyone reading my question would laugh at me for asking it, let alone ANY question about the product I was inquiring. 2. He replied that his(short) ad should be enough for anyone wanting to buy the product, and that, get this, he said he would REFUSEBUSINESS from anyone asking ANY question about the product, simply because he has made a(SHORT) ad about the product. Refusing business? Really, who’s the dumb one now? I’m sure all sellers have come across questions of all sorts — hell I happen to be a seller myself. But a GOOD business person should know to WITHHOLD your«honest opinions» about a customer, as long as the customer is a PAYINGCUSTOMER. Do you really think that«being right» or «knowing more than the CUstomer does» is worth losing business? Not to me, but apparently this rude owner doesn’t need much business. __________________________________________________________________ You would think that this business would highly appreciate potential business from an out of state buyer who is interested in buying not only multiple items, but also interested in becoming a repeat customer. Nope, apparently this business does not need any more new customers — the Admin that responded to my question about the two items they have for sale(via email correspondence) replied with«Really, it is 1943, do you expect some numbers?» Well actually I don’t expect exact numbers, but I do expect common courtesy and great customer service from a business. Before you open your door for business one more day, please go back and learn about Customer Service 101.
