Purchased a used Bmw m5, best used car warranty available. Do your research before you arrive. And check car fax. Not all cars on their lot are perfect.

I would not recommend this company. They work with predatory lenders to sell crap cars. I bought a Ford Mustang and within 45 000 miles-​I have had 2 have 2 clutches, a master slave clutch cylinder, a master clutch cylinder, a transmission, several tires (they wear on the inside), and an ENGINE! This is ridiculous the issues that keep going on with this vehicle and it is the same issues over and over. Grateful I purchased the extended warranty. But will never recommended them nor use them again.

Stopped by just to see what was available and I was constantly harassed. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was on the lot, the people were just to high pressure for my liking. Also the quoted me the price on my trade in and it was $ 1,600 less than one dealer and $ 1,800 less than another one. So that and their pricing on their vehicles is why I’ll never step on a Carmax car lot again. Save yourself a hassle and shop around but don’t waste your time at Carmax.

I was really impressed with the personal service I received at this location. The staff made every effort to help my brother and I hunt for a car in our price ranges, test drive, and evaluate what my trade-​in was worth. Truly one of the better used car places I’ve been to.
