My cleaners was recently sold in GC and found this one. Had saved up quite a lot but was surprised at the reasonable prices. It is off the beaten path to say the least and is different than any other cleaner I have used but so far so good!

They did an awesome job and were less expensive than chain dry cleaners. A little slow (1 week turnaround) but do offer expedited service.

Very happy with the service and price at Caskey. The building is off the beaten path, down a part of Front Street that looks like an alley. It appears that the work is done in house, as the warehouse-​style building is huge.
Service was very helpful, I got the sense that there’s a great deal of attention paid to the details of each customer. Clothes were available as promised in one week (faster service is available).
The best part –the price! A loan of dry cleaning that would easily cost $ 100 elsewhere (ahem, Callender’s…) was just $ 55. Same service, half the cost. Can’t be beat.

My parents had their clothes cleaned here, and I’m carrying on that tradition.
Doing something right: Most of the employees at Caskey’s are dressed professionally, are nice, there are lots of them, and all the cars in the parking lot are well-​kept. Some of the people who work here I remember from my childhood, that’s how long the company has served them. The owner’s car is only slightly nicer (he has a vanity plate).
Their prices are among the lowest in the city, and they have a great tailoring department. Well worth the drive from the north side of town.

I was referred to this place because it doesn’t seem like Marion village/​German village doesn’t have many dry cleaners. I went there, took a few cloths and a pair of work pants. I asked them to hem one pant leg that had come undone after 1 wash. I will not be bringing my cloths back there… I will drive 30 minutes to Gahanna let the small business owner there work her magic.

The best ever! The people who worked here have been there for years. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a Queen size down comforter cleaned and they did the best job. I also had a wool coat cleaned for around 10 bucks! Great prices and great service! It does not get any better!

I have recently re-​entered the business world, where dressing well matters. I have tried several cleaners in the German Village area and this wins, hands down. They are short on charm but very efficient. The place is mostly a dump but I am not paying for décor. The work is very well done, details are attended to (like unbuttoning shirt collars before pressing when I forget to) and the prices are reasonable. I wish they had a price between «Special», which means tomorrow and «Regular», which means in a week. Still, they are reliable and that matters most to me, along with price.

Had my new black officiating pants hemmed here. three games into the season the hem started to unravel. Not cool when you are on the field and your pants start falling apart.

I haven’t had any need to give them any business since I graduated from high school and stopped wearing my band uniform, but when their services were needed, they got the job done and they did it well. We REALLY loved their same-​day guarantee, because sometimes shit happens and you don’t find out about stains til the morning of the game.
The only reason they don’t get the full five stars is they left a stain on my overlay, which is supposed to be PRISTINE white. We tried everything to get it out and nothing worked until we took it to a cleaners that was local and cheaper. Other than that, Caskey is the best.

This will be my first and absolute last experience with these people. I dropped off 14 items to the store, which were promised for pickup in 7 days (which seemed an inordinate amount of time in the first place). These garments were to make up my wardrobe for a vacation beginning the following day. I was appalled and shocked to find that the store decided to close early at 3 (the receipt states that they close at 7pm), which will require me to spend the first day of vacation (and a great deal of money) shopping for an entire wardrobe of summer clothes to replace the ones being held hostage by Caskey. I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about it. VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL

Simple review: The best dry cleaner I have ever used.
1) Easy to get to
2) Short Lines
3) FAST service
4) Cheap prices
5) Excellent quality.
Also, was dumb enough to forget about a batch of shirts that I dropped off, and they contacted me a few months later with a reminder.
I would never consider goiung elsewhere when Caskey’s is just. plain. perfect.

I have been going to Caskey’s for years… The convenience factor is in large part the reason, but, also the fast and affordable service. They have same day and next day service, which is great! They always offer discounts on their services as well… They send out mailers and also advertise in the High Street Neighborhood guide.
They have been able to remove stains and have also done some great repair jobs for me in the past. They offer suede and leather cleaning as well… Not that I actually own any clothes that are suede or leather.
Side note… Is it just me or do all dry cleaners look kinda dirty on the inside… makes ya kinda wonder how they get your clothes clean?
