They charge extra fees that are hidden and Don let you know about them until you get your first bill. At that point you are already locked in! I had a terrible experience not with this store specifically but another Cellular Sales store in the area. From my visit he told me they all move stores every so often so stay away from all of their shady stores.

I came here today to figure out some changing around of current phone plans. I was helped immediately on arrival by Kyle. I had to of asked him about 30 questions but he patiently informed me of all the answers. I left today feeling extremely aware of everything I needed to do to change my plan! He even wrote down phone numbers for me as well as step by step instructions on how to get off one plan and join up on my boyfriends plan. Overall I was very happy with my experience today!
