Staff was friendly here but a little clueless about promotions when we asked. We ordered the fajitas and chicken and rib combo. We had to wait quite awhile for it to arrive. The fajita platter did nut have much steak or chicken on it and only 3 small wraps. The ribs were good and so was the chicken. Décor was a bit ho hum.

I went here twice in one week just because they were sooo good. It was also my first time I went and I think I now have a new favorite. My husband and I got the 2 for 20 meal deal with an appetizer. So we got a good meal and a good deal. We also had a wonderful host and waitress. Such a beautiful atmosphere too. I enjoy Chili’s so much. Appetizer I recommend is the Texas Cheese Fries.(Can’t remember the exact name) and I had the bbq ribs. I had the regular bbq then the Dr pepper and I recommend both. I wish I would’ve taken a picture just to show how delicious it was.

Food was good I had one of their fresh bowls. Apps came out after a long wait and the fried parts were burnt. Server said he was bringing us new ones before we could say anything but the second ones were burnt too. Menu is overwhelming. Service was okay nothing great.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a few years. Went today for my birthday. We were not disappointed at all. Everyone liked the food we ordered. The smothered prime rib burrito was one of the best burrito my husband has had in a long time. The service was awesome. Leena was a great waitress. Great food for good prices.

Been here numerous times with my wife and three kids. None of us have ever gotten a bad meal. One of the few restaurants that all three of our kids like. The tables have a gaming unit that they like to play.

Just left there placed my Togo order at 6:45pm, it said it would be ready at 7:11pm. I arrived at 7:10 and no one came and asked if I needed help for at least 10 minutes. I could see Togo orders sitting in the kitchen ready. Finally a guy asked what order I was picking up so I told him my name he went to the back then came back after a few minutes and told me another person took care of my order and would be out with it shortly. 20 minutes later she comes up with my order at 7:40 which I saw her take off the rack of the orders I saw sitting there when I walked in. So my food was 30 minutes later than when I was told to pick it up and also cold of course. Had to heat it all back up when getting home. I sure hope dining in is way better than take out.

Absolutely worse visit I have had anywhere in a while. First waitress comes and says she’ll be co waitressing our table of five and child. Drink order messed up, took forever for refills, their soda machine broke so they were using bottles from supermarket and ran out of Coke. Forgot lemon after two requests, had to ask for straws, wife didn’t get a plate to share fajitas. Fajitas were not sizzling like normal at any Chilis, only brought three shells for two people sharing fajitas. When she came back after we asked and still didn’t bring them we were done with meal and just wanted check. She stated«we were busy earlier» what the heck did that have to do with our service??? That was earlier… Manager never came table side and waitress just walked off without apology. Anytime we asked for something it was like we annoyed her. Won’t be back for a while!

Came here to eat and watch the OSU game. I had a pleasant customer service experience — staff was friendly and helpful even though it was busy. I ordered the mango chile tilapia with a tropical sunrise margarita, both were quite delicious and satisfying. I like their $ 20 for 2 deal, which includes an shared appetizer and two entrees. They also have the $ 35 deal, which includes appetizer, 2 entrees, drinks, dessert. Overall, I had a good time so I might come back sometime.

We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. She ordered 6 oz sirloin medium rare. When it arrived it was warm on the outside and raw in the middle. We sent it back an the second time around it was medium well and the fat was still not properly rendered. If the restaurant was busy I might be more understanding but it was nearly empty. No excuse unless they had a rookie on the grill. Our waitress was a little embarrassed and very helpful. There’s something that some of you food critic wannabees I’ve seen going after your waitress/waiter should remember. They didn’t cook your food. If you’re not happy with your meal; grow a pair and talk to the chef or line cook who prepared it. Or are you just afraid that you won’t be able to walk all over them and they won’t take your crap. No extra charge for the«soapbox» moment.

We have been to this location before and our waiter last time was seriously the best! Even made great suggestions for our meals. This time was by far not that way. We were out celebrating and decided Chili’s would be perfect based on previous experience. Boy were we wrong. On our way to be seated we were taken to a table that wasn’t ready, so the host took us elsewhere. That table wasn’t cleaned for at least 30 minutes and they weren’t so busy that they couldn’t take the 5 minutes to take care of it. We didn’t see our server for the first 15 minutes we were there. Another server took our drink order, but didn’t get them for us and just came back to say our waiter would get them. On top of that, I had asked the other server for napkins because our table and my booth were filthy. Never got them, so I had my husband grab some for me. Finally we see our server bringing us drinks, no straws of course. Ended up having to ask the other server for those. Then we finally ordered food. While waiting for food I touched a side of the table and had black gooey crap all over my hand so I went to the restroom, completely grossed out. On my way to the restroom what do I see? A totally full half of the restaurant with happy, well-fed guests… Included the FAMILY that came in behind us, halfway through their meals and we are still waiting on ours. We got our food and it was good, the only reason this review isn’t a 1-star. Takes a while, but we finally see our server when I’m done eating. We order dessert since we are celebrating. We don’t see our waiter for quite some time after this. The other server actually checked on us two times, obviously annoyed to be picking up the slack. You could tell she was just doing the bare minimum to get us by, so I didn’t want to beg her for anything when we were already waiting for our guy to bring it. If it wasn’t for the yummy Cajun shrimp pasta, I wouldn’t return. Review also posted to Google.

Despite having eaten at a LOT of Chili’s over the years I’ve never been moved to write a review. I mean I always find them consistently pretty good. I feel like I know the menu and I know what to expect and I’m seldom disappointed. I’m writing this review because they just came out with a new menu and it’s AWESOME. I stopped by this Chili’s for lunch based on just looking on my GPS for a restaurant nearby where I was running errands prior to a weekend of working a tradeshow. I’ve never been to this Chili’s before. The lunch was everything I normally expect, good chips and salsa, cold draught beer, and I don’t remember what I ordered for lunch. While perusing the menu though I noticed that they had added a lot of mexican dishes which sounded good and several other light entrees which sounded awesome. Based on seeing that I planned a return to dinner the next night. When I returned I had the Mango-Chile Chicken(530 calories though I’m not a counter) and it was hands down the best food I have ever had at a Chili’s. I always sit at the bar when I’m traveling by myself and Anthony(I think that was his name) did an excellent job. I consistently look for Chili’s when I’m traveling but this new menu will cause me to look even harder. Good job!

Man, Chili’s has really gone downhill. It’s been a number of years since I’d been in one. First of all, the server was one of those dudes that was just into it a little bit too much.(think guy in office space w/the flair) We ordered the obligatory chips n’ salsa, as you do at Chili’s. Chips were fine, plentiful and crispy. The salsa was gross. Kind of a gross, sweet flavor. Tasted kinda like pizza sauce or something. I decided I wanted some guac and cheese dips with my chips, too. Now, I know its the server’s job to say«commin right up!» However, I wasn’t informed that each dipping side would be a very, VERY overpriced $ 6.49 each. The guacamole was pretty standard, kinda gooey. The cheese dip was awful. I mean, horrible. It wasn’t even the color of cheese. Seriously, it was like brown and It tasted like it looked. Yuck. Stay away from the Queso dip at Chili’s. In fact, stay away from there, in general. My $ 12 sirloin steak looked like that of Ponderosa or Sizzler caliber. Really skinny, flat with a dollop of butter on it. Gross. Overcooked also. I had the«NEW» skillet mashed potatoes, which were actually pretty good. But I mean, c’mon its just mashed potatoes. Shouldn’t be hard to make. I was warned about the little cast iron pan they came in being hot. Now for the bills. There were 3 of us and we split it up. Mine was like $ 19 and drank water to boot. My friend’s was over $ 30, now granted he had a margarita(which apparently contained little to no alcohol upon first sip) and a beer. These were supposedly on their happy hour.(Which I think was only a dollar off, whoopdie doo) He had the chicken fajitas which was like 13.99. Add the 2 drinks and you are now above $ 20 anywhere. So I don’t have any qualms about his price tag, yet. The kicker here is that he was charged for the cheese dip(which was horrid) AND the chips and salsa. Also, I had ordered that, not him. I was complaining out loud about the dip and the server heard and took it off the bill, but what I was trying to do is get it taken off my friend’s bill. It just became a mess. Anyways, the fact that he had to pay $ 30 for such a crappy meal made me(and of course him also) mad. My other friend just had a salad, I think she said it was ok although I was offered some of it more than once, so it must not have been that good. In a nutshell, if you are craving chain restaurant food, avoid Chili’s. Go to Outback instead.

Let’s start on a good note: the food was hot, yummy, and fresh. I had the Monterey chicken and didn’t have any icky bites. I also had texas cheese fries that were hot, cheese was gooey, and the ranch(although clearly watered down to last longer) was plentiful. Sadly though, my optimism was left at the hostess station where my guest and I were greeted by the short manager with little hair(name?). I believe the line was«Hello, how many?» coupled with a not-so chipper tone. Ok, probably had a bad night, but can ya fake the funk? Tone can convey SO much. We were seated next to the take-out door in the bald caucasian waiter’s area(again, name? Wish I knew). He was okay, to say the best, nothing special though. He was barely more pleasant than the manager. Not grumpy or rude, just not that friendly. He was prompt on taking our order and everything, but when he came to check on us at one point we could smell cigarettes on him which made enjoying our meal difficult because our minds were now focused on his unpleasant smell. Oh well, nothing spectacular and the tips reflected accordingly. I hope he has a better day and that the restaurant can pick up some more staff that don’t wear their emotions on their sleeves.

Sat for 15 minutes without a drink order. No sign of a waiter, bartender or manager. I just left. Oh, and btw the lobby was empty. at 6:45pm. The last time my wife and I visited, our waiter was great! Very personable and genuine. Maybe just understaffed tonight? I usually enjoy the food and the atmosphere though!

I really hate chain restaurants, but my cousin talked me into going. Again. But I won’t go back. Not because it’s a chain, but because the experienced sucked, grossed me out and pissed me off all at the same time. So this might be a testy review. I’ll normally give a place a second chance after a not-so-great experience, which is why I went back today, because my first time there wasn’t great either. Lukewarm food, mushy over-seasoned corn on the cob, etc. But today was the final nail in the coffin for me. Hence the one lonely star. That’s it. I can’t even go with the«meh, I’ve experienced better» rating. Nope. Our waiter was nice, but seemed consistently confused. Drink orders were messed up; he dumped water into my cousin’s mug of Sprite and my water came with a lemon wedge, even though I SAIDNODAMNLEMON. DOESN’T ANYBODYLISTENANYMORE??? No! Lemon! Food took forever to come out. It was not that busy during the time we were there. My broccoli(that was supposed to have been steamed) was raw and my toasted sandwich was cold. The fries(regular and sweet potato) were too over-seasoned. Note: sometimes less is more. I don’t know what they’re trying to prove by dousing everything in loads of salt and pepper — yes, I said pepper on the french fries — but a few were eaten by us and the rest shoved away. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to put myself back together to go use another stall. Then when I went to use the soap dispenser to wash my hands, it fell apart. All I did was push the button and *ploop*, the whole front of it fell off. I tried to put it back together the best I could, but I secretly wished ‘good luck’ to whomever used it next. And the highlight of the meal was a host with a snotty nose who kept sniffing and snotting over and over again as he walked through the place and as he stood at the podium waiting to greet other customers. Yes, we could hear him from our table. Because this wasn’t just normal sniffing — this guy was snorting in like he was ready to hock loogies and it was pretty much constant the whole time we were there. Walking past us, *SNORT*, standing at the podium, *SNORT*, wandering about the restaurant in various places, *SNORT*. It was *censored* nasty. I noticed other customers looking his way and my cousin kept commenting on how disgusting it was as I periodically had to put down my food because this guy was grossing me out so bad I couldn’t force myself to take bites. And I know a couple of the servers saw me stare over at the guy with a horrified look on my face, but nobody said anything to him. If Gordon Ramsay had been there, he would have let this guy have it. And it’s really too bad his fellow employees said nothing to him when they could clearly see that customers were upset by it. That ruined it for me. Me done.

I order from here a few times each year. At first when I ordered the food was good(4 star quality), then I ordered 3 – 4 times in a one year period and I almost stopped ordering because the food tasted bad. I gave it another try after a while sometime in the summer and the quality is back to the way it used to be– and I’ve been back twice since then and it’s been the same. I don’t know what the issue was with this place, they might have had a bad manager or a cheap supplier. Basically, if you ordered between sometime in 2013 and April of this year and had a bad experience, I would recommend giving it another chance because it really has gotten better. One thing that’s great is that you can order food online to go.

Go ahead… Judge me. I went to a Chili’s. And I liked it. Look, when I was in college in small town Louisiana, going to Chili’s on a Friday night was my jam. Give me a triple play(or whatever that sampler app is called) and a margarita – 21 year-old Bryant was a happy camper. Fast forward to the 30-something me, who rarely goes to chains, doesn’t eat wheat, and doesn’t drink all that much(says the boy who is currently day drinking a cocktail at Zauber)… and my experiences at Chili’s are few and far between. About once every year or two, the Mister and I get a craving for Chili’s, and the Dublin location is about all we’ve got here in the Cbus metro. I’ve been to this location 3 times in my decade of living in the 614, and it does the job every time. It’s nothing spectacular, but it certainly fits the bill. The food is consistent, the people are always pleasant and helpful, and the prices are fair. On our most recent trip, the staff here were particularly chatty. Incredibly sweet, but a bit intrusive. Normally this doesn’t bother me much, but I was feeling extremely antisocial(and a bit bitchy), and the Dublin Chili’s folks weren’t really picking up on my cues. My bad attitude aside, this Chili’s delivers exactly what you expect it to. I’ll give you an update in a year or two.
