Click N Park/arena District Parking

I gave it 1 star because if I left it blank I didn’t want people to think I just forgot about it.
I have a season ticket plan for bluejackets and wanted to park in the garage that we have parked in for 4 years now, but we had to sign up for a parking package to do so this year. We went online selected what we thought was our garage paid went to our first game to find out we had selected wrong garage. Called click n park and they don’t even offer that garage for my ticket plan and offered me a garage 5 blocks from my entrance. I have kids and hockey is through the winter, ludicrous, you have to be kidding me. No refund, non transferable, these guy are non flexible. Just want your money and fu on the rest.
