Nice salon, clean, open space, really nice people! Be sure to ask for someone who deals with Ash-​Blond color if you looking for that specific color application.

This was a total disappointment. I do not recommend purchasing a halo from this establishment. The color we agreed upon was substituted without me being notified. The color change did not match my hair. I had to call several times to attempt to reach a resolution. Ultimately, the color was supposed to be corrected. A month later, after phone calls and visits, I was left with a halo that still did not match my hair.

I hate finding a new place to get my hair cut after moving. However since I’m in the army that happens quite a bit. D’allens was the second place I went to get my haircut in Columbus. I went only two weeks after it had been completely butchered the other place.
Trey cut my hair and did a superb job. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made my hair look gorgeous. He was very skilled and detailed. I walked out feeling like a queen. That’s how it should feel after getting a new style (: I will definitely be going back, this place has earned my trust.

Love D’allens. I was scared having recently moved here to try and find a new salon to get my hair cut at. Especially since I was taking a drastic leap from long hair to shoulder length. I’ve had this cut ruined for me in the past. I took a leap of faith based on some of the other reviews on here and I was not disappointed. Got a great hair cut and exactly what I wanted. My stylist took time to make sure everything was perfect. They have good hours so you can go after work, and plenty of stylists so you don’t have to wait long. I was very happy to find a new salon I could trust to get my hair cut at.

I’ve been apprehensive about finding a new stylist because i’ve had many bad haircuts. Had a falling out with my previous guy, but so glad that I made an appt. with Kim Fehringer at D’Allens. She was very careful, didn’t cut too much, and did a better job than my old stylist! Will definitely be going back. :)

Excellent prices, excellent staff, excellent results! I just moved into the area and there is always some apprehension about trying a new salon, but I am SO glad that I went to D’Allens. I had a cut, color, and highlight with Skylar and am absolutely in love with the results! She did a fantastic job helping me decide which direction to go, choosing the right colors, and then executing it exactly the way she explained. I have been to a lot of high end salons and have never walked away as happy as I did today. The staff is all extremely friendly and welcoming and the prices are MUCH better than the competitors. Definitely go see Skylar at D’Allens!

I recently moved to the area and was a little anxious about finding a new stylist. I had my hair done here the first time and was happy with it and the price of $ 50. I returned for my second trip and this time was charged $ 65. Hmmm. I need to go again soon so I will ask about the price. Hope they don’t plan to increase it by $ 15 again. haha If the price had remained $ 50 I would give the place 4 – 5 stars. The stylist I saw did a decent job with my color and the place is pretty friendly. Reminds me of the place I used to go. There are a LOT of stylists here (I like that) so getting in to see someone on short notice shouldn’t be an issue. Also, not sure if it is true for all stylists here but the one I see doesn’t take cards, debit or credit, so bring cash or your (old school!) checkbook. And good luck!

Leigh Anna’s got good hands and a good feel for what she’s doing. Much better than the half-​hearted massages I’ve gotten at other «Spas».
I’d give a better rating if the entire experience had been as nice. I had to wait a while and some of the staff seemed downright stuck-​up. The massage room felt a bit too much like a closet or an afterthought. It wasn’t very soundproof.
Leigh Anna talked, a lot. That may be my fault somewhat. But it made me uncomfortable when she talked about church and god. Leave it at the door and give me a massage I say.
Also, if you’re a «heavy» person, don’t be surprised if she points that right out to you as well. Duh.
Technically there’s much potential with Leigh Anna. She’s got the massage skills. I hope her people skills improve too.

I got a massage at D’Allens with a lady named Leeanna. She was very personable and professional. She put me at ease for a generally awkward situation getting a massage, by talking with me. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. I’d recommend D’allens for a massage after an achy week any day.

Great place for both men, women, and kids. XM radio piped in for the house music. Clean and generally a good vibe place.
