I love this place! They have the best deals and the greatest employees!

I purposely only downloaded Unilocal today just to give this review. The customer service of all of the employees there is way below a 0! Every time that I have been there which I have no reason why I keep going back they have made me wait as a customer! While they were on the phone or talking with each other. As a customer I know that I will never walk in that store again ever. I would rather buy from a reputable store and spend extra money and get the respect that I deserve as a customer and to give my business to them! Be aware of the store. I have bought many games for a Wii and the Xbox also for our children and several have not worked. They do not check them. And that is coming from the workers mouth not mine.

This place is a JOKE!!! Not only do they screw their customers. My boy desperately needed to use their bathroom. He was trebling because he had to go so bad. They wouldn’t let a six year old boy use their restroom because of what they said was «store policy».
They were also talking in front of a ton of kids about how drunk they got the night before and how drunk each other got. The manager was even talking about drinking and alcohol in front of all the customers that we’re piling up because they were not doing anything except talk to one another.
Do not go to this store if you want customer service!!!
Very sad excuse for a company. Owner needs to really do some cleansing of their staff and management!!!
