Last night we ordered from this location at 6:45pm. At 7:17pm we received a voice-mail from the delivery driver saying that they tried to deliver the pizza but nobody answered the door. Nobody ever came to our house. The front door was open and we were in the front room the entire time. Not possible. When we called about that, we were told they were going to make everything fresh and deliver it again, it would be about 10 – 15 minutes. Well 30 minutes later and still no pizza, we called again. This time they apologized and said the order would be free of charge and they would get it out to us immediately. Now 8:30 and still no pizza we called again and the person on the phone said the driver refused to bring us the pizza because it was a free order and he would not receive a tip. News to you — we were going to still tip you. So you lost out on that. Also, REALLY??? UH? If I told my boss i refused to do something that was part of my job, I am pretty sure it would not go over very well. Pizza eventually was delivered. The manager sent 2 deliveries to «prove they remade the order». We ordered a medium half cheese half sausage and a cheesy garlic bread. The first delivery was a half cheese and half sausage pizza no cheesy garlic bread. WRONG The second delivery was a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a cheesy garlic bread. WRONGWRONGWRONG The garlic bread wasn’t cooked all the way and I am pretty sure I now have food poisoning NEVERORDERINGFROMTHISDOMINO’S EVERAGAIN!!! (Oh and we live about 2 minutes from this location)

The young man on the phone was very rude when I tried to order extra hot sauce and mayonnaise on my pizza. Well I talked that dummy into submission and got my big hot pie slathered in spicy buffalo sauce and creamy mayo. Shit my guts out for the next six weeks. Was not worth it in hindsight. Terrible. Just awful. I friend of mine was given a free pizza by an employee here for being in the service. Score. And then there was the funky tasting pepperoni. Yuck.

I might have liked it just fine if we had ever GOTTEN our pizza. Instead, we waited for an hour and a half, never received a pizza, and when I called to find out what the fuck happened, I was told that I would have to pay for the pizza AND that it would be a fresh order. Seriously?! I should wait more than 2 hours for DOMINOSPIZZA? No. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery.

As far as delivery pizza in the single-dollar category goes, Domino’s has gone from drek to dominant since the corporation’s recent(and profound) overhaul. Truly, this Domino’s in particular pwns all other chain pizzerias in the Hilltop area. Among other phrases about Domino’s I’d never considered writing under my actual name: — The crust is supple, herbaceous, greasy, yet… refined? — The ingredients look and taste fresh. If they’ve been thawed from blocks, I’d be shocked. At worst, they use frozen ingredients, but know how to handle them correctly. — For some, inexplicable reason, Domino’s is still under the impression everyone hates them — as evident from the incredible deals and all-around dirt-cheap pricing on even their premium pizzas. — The website is modern, interactive, and informative. A new pizza-tracker, for example, even indicates the status of your order in real time — right up to the moment it’s finally inside of you. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t think twice about paying $ 1 – 2 more per pie. Not having to, however, is great. If Domino’s(and, specifically, this location) keep this pace, other, once lordly establishments will have a real issue with customer retention. Congratulations, not only to Domino’s, but to this location.

I am another of the bunch. Used to HATE it. I would never even consider it a choice at all. I love the new pizza, I’ve ordered it many times since the«change». Pizza is great tasting, and so are kickers. We got 2 large pizzas, 10 kickers, 2 liter, and dessert for only $ 25. I love massey’s, but they just can’t beat this price!

I really used to HATE Domino’s pizza, and I haven’t willingly consumed it for years. The commercials about their new recipe didn’t entice me at all, because I didn’t think you could sprinkle gold on crap and have anything but gold covered crap come out. Well, they sent me a code for a free pizza on Twitter, and being poor, I gave it a shot. I ordered(and have ordered twice more since) a pizza with white sauce, feta cheese, spinach and mushrooms, and it was SOGOOD. The crust has some kind of garlic butter on it, and it’s so much better than the cardboard crap they used to serve. I haven’t tried their«improved» marinara sauce yet so I’m not sure if it’s any better, but even if you hated Domino’s, I’d say it’s worth giving their new pizza a try. Oh, and RE: this specific location, it’s kinda in the hood, but there aren’t too many Domino’s around Columbus, so oh well :)
