This is my first time ordering from edible arrangements and I do not think I will be repeat customer. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary, but hadn’t realized that you are unable to specify a time for delivery. They claim that they will deliver at some point throughout the day selected, but cannot give a specific time, which usually does not work for most people. They said you are able to request a 4 hour window of time, but it is not guaranteed. I requested an afternoon window, and it was still delivered outside of that time, when my boyfriend wasn’t home. I would think a company that specializes in surprise deliveries would have a system for this. If florists can figure it out, you can too. I also spoke with two different people at the location, who were less than enthused to answer questions or be of any help.

Received as a thank you gift. Beautiful in appearance but inedible. Extremely disappointed.

I saw those Edible Arrangements commercials on cable and thought it was a neat idea, but never thought I would get a chance to buy someone a bouquet of fresh fruit. But recently my mom has been under the weather so I thought I would splurge and buy her a small colorful arrangement of fresh fruit. I could have ordered online, but I wanted to go to the store and pick it up myself, plus I wanted to speak to someone in case I had any questions. The store front is small with one fridge in front holding newly created baskets of fruit. The lady was very helpful and helped me pick out a nice basket that fit my price range, which happened to be small. It was available for pick-up the next morning, less than 24 hours after I placed my order. The fruit was incredibly fresh, the arrangement looked just like the photo I picked it from, and chocolate dipped bananas are sinful. It’s pricey, but you’re getting high quality fruit, plus it’s a neat idea that beats flowers!
