Horrible Fed Ex customer service at 1−800− gofedex. My package has been M.I.A. for five days now. Customer service representatives have been rude and unprofessional. My package was supposed to be on hold at this location yesterday but it’s at a closed facility across town today. One CSR put me on hold then transferred my back to the start-up prompts where I had to start over. Five calls later, I’m still without package. Grr.
