Forever 21

If you make an online purchase you cannot return it to the store and get your money back. They only give you store credit and if you want your money back you have to mail it back to forever 21. I was going to keep some clothes and return others now I’m returning everything. This is my first time shopping here and will be my last.

I love this store. This location specifically is pretty large and is usually well stocked and organized. Even though some items are a little cheaply made and won’t last very long, you can’t beat the price.

The best F21 between the 3 big malls in Columbus. 2 floors, which can sometimes be a pain. The escalator is frequently broken, the downstairs fitting room hasn’t been open in at least 2 years, and usually only 1 or 2 slow workers running the downstairs register, no one around upstairs. However, if you are self sufficient and do not need «customer service» (which I don’t) you will be fine.

Worst shopping experience of my life. No employees were around anywhere on the first floor and I wanted to get something down. When I did find an employee (upstairs) she was lazy and had an attitude. I really loved the items I wanted to purchase. However, I will never give them another penny.

Obviously Forever 21 isn’t known for their customer service. I’ve never met a smiling, willing to help employee in any F21 store. However, their prices are great and there is a LOT to choose from! Two floors, with usually long lines at the registers. Their downstairs dressing room is never open, which always results in a huge line in the upstairs one.

This store can be pretty overwhelming. Two floors of clothes. I have to be in the right mood to come in here because there is so much to look through.
They have plenty of trendy clothes, some casual, some more dressy and all for a reasonable price. The racks can be packed which makes it hard to look through them. This past summer they had cheap, cute tank tops and swim wear.
They also have a lot of accessories like scarfs, hats, jewelry, shoes, and even makeup.
There’s a dressing room on each floor, but both aren’t always open. If it’s a weekend the lines can get very long. There are also cashiers on both levels, again same deal that both aren’t always open. And these lines can also be very long. They seem under staffed the day I was in there. More then 12 people in line ahead of me and only 2 registers open. Seemed a bit ridiculious for such a large store.

I can always find cute, trendy, and CHEAP outfits here. Only problem is there is almost too much to look at… this store can kind of be overwhelming, but I always leave with something awesome.

I like forever 21 for the basics– hair accessories, scarves, etc. This place is huge and seems to have a wide selection (maybe not so much for larger body frames). Things are obviously cheap and the return policy is crap but as long as you’re okay with not being able to return your cheapie items, you’ll be happy here.
I couldn’t access the store from the inside of the mall, which I found slightly annoying. And, because I hadn’t been to this store before, I was clueless on how to get there. I had to ask around and received conflicting answers from people. I’m still not sure how to get there from the inside— I just ended driving and parking in front of Barnes and Noble.

Great for Forever 21, I just don’t like the quality of the merchandise or the return policy. I’d rather may more for better merchandise at another retailer.

Definitely the cleanest + most organized Forever 21 I’ve seen.
It’s a pretty big space so they’ve got a huge selection and they’re usually well-​stocked with sizes. As per usual at Forever, there’s the occasional rack of similar colors/​styles, etc. randomly thrown together but for the most part you know what style you’re going to find in each section.
My only reason for taking away a star is that the downstairs fitting rooms are NEVER open when it would make life much, much easier if they were.
