Wow. I went to check out with 3 things and they wanted to close the store. I know I was there at closing time — but still thought I deserved at least a little customer service. Manager passed me off to another associate using his login so he conks expedite the checkout and he could count the cash nj the register next to me. She checked me out — and get this an item was r priced accurately. She looked at me like that was my problem. I politely asked her to honor it and she yelled over to her mgr what do u want me to do it says one thing and she says it’s on sale. Mind u it’s tagged sale along with over 10 of them. She starts to ring it up and I mention to her well — all sale is 50 off. That was another call to the manager what do I do? He said mark it down. All of that to get a blue pair of uniform pants :(

I have no clue what’s going on at the Easton Gap, or at Gap corporate. From a corporate side, it seems all the clothes designs have gone very slim and skinny, neither of which I am. First they stopped carrying loose jeans, and now it appears they are discontinuing relaxed ones too… even online! Then at the Easton store, they used to have a mega selection of jeans, and tons of great shirts that I loved. But the last few times I’ve been in, they had a tiny selection of tops and an almost-nonexistent section of denim. Gap is slowly losing me. I want to hang on and stay loyal, but they’ve gotta get it together.

Received 5-star customer service at this store. I purchased two pairs of jeans 5 months ago. I became increasingly disappointed with them due to dark blue dye which never stopped leeching out. I eventually determined the jeans were unwearable and contacted the store to see if anything could be done about it. They completely resolved my issue and did so in a very pleasant manner. It’s apparent to me that the staff in this store highly values customer service.

Well, it’s a GAP… Good store. Good location. But it’s always a mess… very cluttered… It’s like if you don’t get there first thing in the morning, you have walked into someones messy bedroom or closet. For me, that is not a very pleasant shopping experience. And it’s always VERY warm in this store. I do NOT like trying on clothes in a store where it is stuffy… because the dressing rooms are even more stuffy. Sooooo, I don’t. Tip for the store… Try to straighten things up a bit more during the day, and turn on the air conditioner… BOTH will make for a much more pleasant shopping experience. I know this is Easton, and its always busy, but at least try and show that you care about your image.

This is a pretty standard Gap. It’s very nice looking, open, and cleaning. As far as the basics, Gap has a great selection. It’s on the expensive side, but the clothing lasts. If you can shop the clearance racks, especially during a sale, you can find some amazing deals(Hello to my new $ 5 pair of pants!). I’m not a total cheapskate or anything, but I definitely avoid the regular priced racks here.
