Rude, rude, rude! Stopped in a half hour before closing. Was greeted with «we close in 30 minutes.» Five minutes later another employee reminded me they were set to close soon. At 6:45, I had pulled 5 – 6 sample tiles but when I turned my back an employee had put all my samples back. When I asked what happened to them, I was told they were put back since they close in 15 minutes! By the time I found them again and asked for samples to take with me, I was told it was 7:02 and they close at 7:00. Rude, rude, rude!!! It’s evident they don’t need business, much less my business.

Great Selection! However I experience poor customer service.
The first time I came — the consultant was extremely helpful with assisting me to make the choices. Then I came to place an order, waited for an hour and left: Saturdays are naturally very busy. But I left a note in my file asking somebody to call me so that I could place my order over the phone. Three weeks later, as nobody called ever, I called and made an appointment @ 4:30. My file was never found. Ms. A who was appointed for 4:30 was busy, Ms. B started calculating my order and then in 7 minutes said she has to leave and brought Ms. C. Ms. C. had obvious problems telling inches from feet, so when I pointed it out to her that we are dealing with kitchen area 18 inches high, not 18 feet high, her response was that she is not supposed to calculate it for me, that it is my contractor’s business, and she is doing me a favor and doesn’t have to be liable for calculation. So off I went, despite of the fact that Ms. C’s mood changed to more favorable and she said that she is still willing ‘to help me’ with the calculation. Besides, it looked like waisting Ms. C’s time and mine to explain to another person same thing again and to watch her not to confuse feet and inches. Too bad, their selection may be the best in town. This in upscale store and may be not suiting customers who work 8 to 5 jobs and can not come 3 times during work ours just to place an order and be shoveled from one consultant to another. The selection at other places is definitely less, but I will probably fit there better. Last time, seven years ago I had much better luck with this store.

Drive by here all the time; we’re putting in a floor so now seemed like a good time to stop in.
This is a distribution center and showroom for the company. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I just looked at the kitchen tile, but there was clearly a lot of stuff in the other areas. The floors are covered in tile so you can get an idea how things will look, and there are mini-​rooms so you can imagine a shower setup, etc.
Prices were a little high compared to big box stores, but for very nice products so it would be worth it. In the end we went with another option, but I will keep this place in mind for larger future projects.

Great selection! Great prices! Really helpful staff and my son loves the «tiny bricks» they give away. A must stop for the gardener who wants to add the great detail of brick to their yard.
