Knightsbridge Internal Medicine & Cardiology

New to town and needed a new Internal Medicine physician, Knightsbridge has excellent caring staff and the doctor does a very thorough history and develops a plan concisely designed for each individual patient.
It is not easy to impress me as far as medical care goes, if I am not comfortable with a practice I find someone else.
I feel I have found the best care for me, my wife and my difficult medical history.

Awful office. The office lacks any semblance of professionalism or respect for its patients. The office manager (Nancy) and their billing person (Sheila) are rude and unprofessional. After dispute over a bill, they actually told me that I would have to set an appointment in order to discuss their lack of professionalism with the doctor because «he will not speak to you». So an appointment was made and the office manager called my husband and demanded to know the reason for the appointment (which in itself was none of her business) and then told him that since it was not a medical reason, she would cancel the appointment. This office has no business being open. There are so many other competent practitioners and their staff are required to maintain a culture of respect. Dr. Phipps clearly does not care about his clients nor does he think that our patronage is worth his time nor does he feel that his staff should adhere to any sort of of professional conduct.
