Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse of SW Columbus

My dogs tore up my carpet in the living room so I am trying to match the laminate flooring in the kitchen. When I went to lowes, I went with a sample from my house, looking at the samples there. It took 15 minutes for the flooring guy to even see me struggling to match. When he came over, he couldn’t match it either, so I thought I found one, he said the size was bigger than my sample. I asked him how big is my sample? He answered by saying I don’t know. Okay, I thought. He then walked away so he can stand there until I was ready. I kept asking him questions but he proceeded to answer the questions with I don’t know. How does Lowes hire people who can’t help? The only reason I am at lowes is because I have a gift card and I hate Home Depot.

In & Out in less than 20 minutes, got our new kitchen faucet, and had the counter resurfacer tinted coastal blue!

I come here a lot for random projects for school or around the house. The employees are almost always pleasant and helpful but once in awhile you will get the newer ones or the ones that don’t care. Overall it’s a good location and will return.

This location is a complete hit or miss… Tonight we spent $ 200+ on some building supplies. During our adventure we encountered two of the most knowledgeable people (one had an epic beard! Thank you dude, for helping me find hooks for my measuring cups!) we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in a home improvement store… and also two of the most daft.
One kid actually told my husband he didn’t know what peg board was (even after we explained it) and turned around and walked away…
So it all just depends on the luck of the draw (or the beard!) on who you get to help you. And you’ll probably need directing because this place is huge and the layout is weird to me.

I came in with my boyfriend and daughter to look for a DIY project in my kitchen. Paul greeted us in the aisle and was extremely helpful in telling me how to do the project. I really appreciate the time he took with me. After talking with him and looking at the examples Lowes had on the floor I am confident that I can tackle this project!

Not happy with shoddy fence install, I feel like I was ripped off The gate does not close properly and these people try to blame the installer who blames the Wood which doesn’t help me, Also never called me back …
DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY INSTALL ANYTHING FOR YOU …

Great selection, and the staff was very helpful! I was on the lookout for a new garage door opener, not the whole thing, just the clicker. One of the team members asked to help me, and took me right where I needed to be. Sadly, they were $ 35 and that was more than I wanted to spend (it was for a spare), so I headed the other way. I did find a very cool aloe vera plant for only $ 4 and got myself a cute little terracota pot to go with it. I’ll be happy to come here again for my home improvement needs!

This location is always exceptional. There’s a little old man in the plumbing department that knows everything about everything. He’ll know what you’re talking about even if you say «My toilet thingy is broken… the one on the top».
I’ve rarely had an issue with them, if ever.
