Second time ordering a vanilla ice coffee and they hand me coffee with ice seriously how hard is it???

Employees paid too much attention to each other instead of helping me.
Gave me a diet coke instead of regular and on top of that they tried not to give me a straw or napkins which I caught at the window.
There are too many McDonalds too deal with this, just drive to the next closest store.

It’s a McDonalds. With that said, they have decent customer service and if they make a mistake, the manager is willing to make it right. Avoid this place around rush times — they have made mistakes the 2 times I went through the drive through, but again the manager stepped in and corrected our order.

I have to say for a fact that this McDonalds is among the low end in Columbus. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but everytime I go through the drive-​thru, I can’t get a hazelnut iced coffee, they always forget the hazelnut but if I go inside, I can get them without issues. This one is among the cleaner one’s I’ve been into, and the staff is friendly, but very forgetful. I’ve never dared to use a restroom in any McDonald’s restaurant so I know nothing about them!
