McDonald’s

Worst McDonald’s ever– took 20 minutes (and this is not exaggerating) between when we placed a drive thru order and when it was completed. Apparently something was affecting the availability of fries but it wasn’t the guy’s fault and the entire drive thru locked up without the staff taking any action to handle the situation.

Twice I’ve been stuck in the drive-​thru for 20+ minutes; once for breakfast and once late at night. Unfortunately, it’s an enclosed drive-​thru so you are properly stuck once you get there.
I don’t eat McDonald’s a ton, but there are two other locations within a 5 minute drive of this one that I’ve yet to have any problems with.
Best to skip this location if you need your Big Mac.

I just went through drive thru for one small black coffee and to my disappointment, the coffee was lukewarm and I feel that it had been sitting there. I won’t be stopping there again

All I wanted was a simple cup of coffee at 930 in the morning, but they were understaffed with the front desk server instead filling orders for the drive thru, and a manager standing around doing apparently nothing. Will not return

I know, I know, why review McDonalds? Honestly, I probably wouldn’t in most cases, but I found this McDonalds experience to be particularly pleasant, so I figured, why not? I went through the drive thru and the worker was very nice. My food was prepared pretty quickly, and I spent very few minutes waiting. All-​in-​all, a very good experience.

A month ago, I probably would have given them 5 stars, but not anymore.
Previously, the staff was very courteous, fast turnaround, no mistakes. I can’t say the same any more.
Two weeks ago, I went through the drive through on a Sunday, at 11AM. I attempted to order lunch, when I was told that they serve breakfast until 11:30. OK, so I ordered breakfast instead. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me my sandwich, so I had an order of hash browns for breakfast.
Fast forward two weeks. I go through the drive thru again on a Sunday, at 11:15 AM. Based on my previous experience, it’s breakfast time, right? Wrong. I order breakfast, and was told that they are serving lunch now. Wait… which is it? Furthermore, the breakfast signage was still up in the drive thru line.
If you can’t get my order straight and decide on when breakfast and/​or lunch is being served, I have no time for you. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s McDonalds… every now and then you just have to go. :) The drive thru was decent and quick, which is really what I was looking for, as I was in a hurry.

A nice location centrally located. Drive thru line may look long, but they’re pretty quick.

I hit up this spot on my way to work a lot to grab a quick smoothie and they are very quick with their service and the people are friendly.
