Brought my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after being turned away from a competitor. The competitor informed me that not only was my tire non-​repairable, but also that it was not in stock. Was surprised that the manager here at NTB insisted that he see for himself if the tire were repairable vs. outright buying a new one. Verdict: New tire was needed and they had a variety in stock to choose from. I was impressed with the professionalism of the store manager and associates working with him. Was very happy to see that they had returned my spare tire and jack to my trunk neatly in the storage compartment! 5⁄5 stars. They also offer a military discount, which was a plus for me!

Fantastic service. As a female I didn’t feel belittled or intimidated. My car needed some significant work and they brought me into the garage and spent a solid 30+ minutes answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable and understood what needed done. I’ve been to this location three times and have had nothing but stellar service and high quality work. I’ve compared prices to local and competitors, and these guys are less than 5% more, but the service is worth it. The manager personally greeted and checked in me on two of my visits. Highly recommended for service, quality, and price.
